    Satisfaction can be defined as the difference that exists between the expectations presented by the patient with the perception or care they truly received. This concept is highly complex since it is directly related to a number of factors, including: experiences that has been previously received, expectations, lifestyle, socioeconomic level and very important values, the health system focuses exclusively on user satisfaction since it is an indication of comfort, permanence, control and implies greater demand for services. A bibliographic review is carried out where information was collected and a documentary technique was used, through scientific search engines available on the web, such as articles and publications of a scientific nature that correspond to databases such as: Scielo, PubMed, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate. Allowing an answer to the research question: What are the factors that influence patient satisfaction with nursing care? The PRISMA 2020 methodology was used for literature reviews. Finally, it was shown that in more developed countries, adequate infrastructure, sufficient personnel; They have a better perception by patients of the care provided, while developing countries, which do not have adequate infrastructure or sufficient personnel, obtain a lower rating with the degree of care.

    Introduction: leadership is the ability that a person has to be able to influence the thinking and attitudes of another, with the aim of achieving the stated objectives. In this, reference is made to each leadership style implemented by nursing since it does not It is not only responsible for patient care but also for maintaining a harmonious environment among the health team. Objective: Analyze leadership styles and the role of nursing in the health team. Methodology: Systematic review developed with databases such as Pubmed, Elseiver, Scielo and Scopus, within the last five years to give greater veracity to the information written. Results: Leadership becomes an aspect of vital importance within nursing since one of the roles that this profession develops is to be a leader; this requires skills and attitudes that add to the health team. Conclusion: Within the health team, nursing is vital because this profession interacts with other professionals and provides direct care with quality and warmth. Leadership also characterizes each nurse because when implemented, obvious changes will be seen in both the patient and the patient.

    Manejo del dolor en pacientes adultos mayores no oncológicos en fase paliativa

    Introduction: Pain is associated with tissue damage, which includes behaviors and emotions that lead to both physical and cognitive dependence, requiring management to provide better care, reducing the suffering of the patients and relatives. Objective: To determine pain management by nursing staff in non oncological older adult patients in the palliative phase. Methods: The investigation corresponds to a quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional study. The population was 80 nurses from the from Public Hospital. It was collected through surveys with 12 questions with likert scale, divided into 5 dimensions: pain assessment, medication administration, purpose of medication administration, work of the nursing staff, and knowledge. Results: The nursing staff states that 71.3% perform pain assessment, 63.8% administer medication at fixed times, 66.3% observe the patient being satisfied, 67.5% assess side effects and 75% affirm that morphine it is used in chronic pain. Conclusions: Professional interventions for pain management in non-oncological older adult patients in the palliative phase are favorable, the majority constantly apply the care to reduce pain, however, it is necessary to expand their knowledge according to with administered medication.

    Proceso de atencion de enfermerìa comunitaria en pacientes con covid-19

    The World Health Organization (WHO) promotes essential health care to be accessible to all individuals and families in the community through health buildings for disease management such as COVID-19, focusing to the role of nursing within the public health system; where the implementation of the community attention process is very important, as it allows the provision of humanistic care in vulnerable people and communities. In order to develop a model of community nursing attention model in patients with COVID-19, an analysis of social factors is carried out and the Hanlon Method is applied as a pedagogical/organizational tool, to establish priorities according to their components: problem magnitude, problem severity, problem solving effectiveness and intervention feasibility, finding themselves as relevant problems: community education level, chronic diseases, food, economy, community housing, unbalance and social inequity, establishing community diagnoses such as: ineffective educational instruction, chronic prevalence diseases in the community, economic deficit, food imbalance, deterioration of housing, family process, faced to unbalance and social inequity, with their respective nursing interventions detailed in the research development. For the control of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential to carry out nursing diagnoses and interventions, which allow to increase the community education level for the proper implementation of prophylactic measures.

    This case study was conducted in the city of Ambato in the Provincial Teaching Hospital Ambato in the service of Pediatrics, the motivation for the selection of the theme of the severity of head trauma, the complexity of treatment and length of recovery. The patient in this case study is a 6-year-old who was hospitalized for over a month, while in the hospital nursing staff was of great importance because through the process nursing care was provided all the care and treatment that the patient also required the unconditional support of his mother contributed favorably in the recovery of the pediatric patient.
