    At present the use of mobile devices for the human being has become a necessary element due to the set of activities that can be developed from these. Through a smartphone connected to the Internet, work activities can be carried out, bringing the service closer to different types of users in the offer of products and services. Most of the companies have implemented the home delivery service through a mobile application, obtaining satisfactory results. The development of this research arises in order to provide an innovative alternative to the rudimentary process of domestic gas distribution through the development of a multiplatform mobile application using geolocation to manage the orders of the J&M Domestic Gas Distributor of the Santa Rosa parish. from the city of Ambato. When carrying out this investigation, the beneficiaries will be the users of the distributor, who will receive an optimal and efficient service. To carry out this research, the bibliographic, field and special modalities will be used. The instruments to collect information from the distributor will be used surveys and interviews. In the development of the proposal, the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology will be used because it is flexible and efficient for the researcher. The Flutter framework was used to develop the cross-platform mobile application efficiently, with very acceptable performance, similar to that of a native application. Firebase was used as the backend and Flutter has a variety of packages such as Google Maps for geolocation.
