    Information Systems are fundamental to the success of today's companies. These systems help to process, store and distribute information efficiently, allowing employees to work optimally and make decisions based on reliable and real information, the importance of information systems lies in the automation of processes, where the efficiency, reduces human errors and saves time and costs, likewise guarantees updated and available information. The purpose of this project is the development of a web system for the Corporation of Community Associations of Cotopaxi and Tungurahua, which will help the automation of information of the processes of registration of attendance to activities and letters from children, the same that will be done quickly and effectively, obtaining an organization of data to get more influx of children in the Corporation. The most relevant concepts will also be presented, in order to be able to develop and implement the web system, with the appropriate techniques and methodologies according to the user's requirements. In this way an agile methodology will be used as a software development model, Kanban, which will be complemented with software tools such as Laravel Framework (PHP, Hypertext Pre-Processor), which has an architecture (MVC, Model-View-Controller), JavaScript, Jquery (Front-End) for development, and MySQL will be used for data storage.

    The main objective of this thesis is the design and implementation of a web system to automate the process of managing grades and attendance of students in the educational unit Huachi Grande, using web development technologies Laravel, Livewire and Bootstrap 5. The developed web system allows teachers to register and manage students' grades, as well as to keep track of their attendance to classes. In addition, parents can access the system to check their children's grades and attendance in real time. The web-based system has a user-friendly and easy-to-use interface, allowing users to access information quickly and efficiently. In addition, it is designed to be scalable and adaptable to future needs and requirements. The results obtained show that the developed web system meets the proposed objectives, facilitating the management of grades and attendance of students in the educational unit Huachi Grande. It is hoped that this work can be useful for other educational institutions that wish to implement a similar system.

    Currently, there are numerous companies dedicated to different economic acti vities, including the collection and processing of milk for subsequent sale. Small businesses that engage in this activity maintain direct contact with producers,who deliver the raw material for dairy products, and the company is responsible for receiving it and keeping a record to make payments within a specified period.Typically, this is done manually or with spreadsheets, as there is not enough information on technological products that can help these types of businesses.However, it is now necessary to use technological tools that can maintain infor mation securely and accurately. This research presents a technological tool accessible from desktop or mobile de vices, developed using an agile methodology and the Laravel 8 framework with PHP as the programming language, and based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The tool allows managing and processing information re lated to settlements, discounts, management of producers and products, as well as making sales through valid electronic receipts and invoices before the Internal Revenue Service (SRI). In addition, it has a reports section that allows having a clear vision of the business. The objective of the proposed solution is to improve data management, opti mize costs, and save time in managing the economic activity of the company PROLACSA, dedicated to milk collection and processing. The results obtained indicate that the tool is effective in information management. In conclusion, it is a viable and effective technological solution to improve and facilitate work in the company

    At present, due to the health emergency, web and mobile technology has become the priority for many developers who are looking to meet all the needs of users, but with the excessive time involved in developing a mobile app and a web app, progressive web applications are emerging as a response that allow dual operation for these needs in a very versatile way, since it integrates a single code that can be interpreted both on a computer and on mobile devices. mobile. The main objective of this research project is the development of a virtual repository with a progressive web application that allows the management of student documents and institutional documentation of the fiscal education units of Ambato. To support the staff of the District Information Technology and Communications Unit of District 18D01 Ambato 1 Education, since they do not have a tool for the management of documentation of all the tax education units under their charge. In addition to the constant consultations and requests for documentation by the rectors. The development of the application with IONIC technology allows to greatly reduce the time needed to create an application that can be viewed on a computer and on a mobile device. The methodology for the development of the project is XP (Xtreme Programming), an agile methodology that focuses on rules and principles to improve testing phases and delivery times. In addition, the Laravel framework for the development of the Back-End as it integrates security into its architecture model.

    Today we operate in an increasingly global and competitive market where companies seek to be more efficient and profitable than others and to achieve this, many of them choose to implement process automation solutions. In this way we manage to optimize your processes, relieve the workload and therefore increase the productivity of the organization. This project was developed with the aim of automating the processes of issuing vehicle insurance policies in order to optimize repetitive tasks, speed up the execution time of tasks, eliminate possible human errors that may occur and finally reduce the load. Of the operational personnel of the Insurance Production Agency "Seguros Suárez CIA LTDA" and of the commercial personnel of vehicle dealers in the city of Ambato, all of this will help increase productivity, profitability and promote growth in the market of said companies. The web application was developed using open source frameworks, in this case Angular and Laravel, which facilitated and streamlined the development of the project. For the frontend application, the Angular framework was used and for the backend application, the Laravel framework was used, in which several web services were developed, which provided functionality to the entire platform in general. Therefore, the agile XP methodology (Extreme Programming) was used for the development of the project, which allowed for an efficient, planned, organized development subject to customer requirements, thus achieving quality software.

    The mandatory confinement in the country generated by the global pandemic due to Covid-19 intensified the use of technology in different areas such as education, the work environment and electronic commerce, the need to the activities of daily life through the use of these means has generated dependence on them in order to survive, this is the case of micro, small and medium-sized companies that, despite the fact that most of them have internet connectivity, have been affected in their sales by not have sufficient technological resources to be able to remain active in the market in which they operate and to deliver their products or services to their customers. This project relied on the phases of the Object Oriented Hypermedia Design methodology for its documentation and design through the use of the unified modeling language (UML), in addition it was based on the use of free technological tools that allowed to accelerate the development process of the web platform to help promote the products and services of companies located in the province of Napo, in addition to offering a learning space on the beginnings of electronic migration with commonly used tools that are available to companies and the consumers. The architecture of the web platform was based on the client-server scheme where the client-side application was developed in the angular framework, while the server-side application was developed in the laravel framework for the ease they offer to the simplify the development of the applications, as a final result the platform was implemented after having passed the stress, performance and usability tests in a shared hosting on the internet available to the general public.
