Item El acogimiento institucional en casos de violencia de género(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-09) García Gualpa, Andrea Lisbeth; Haro Lara, Aída PatriciaThis research focused on investigating the institutional care in cases of gender violence, establishing the procedures to enter the Shelter, determining the different causes of violence and proposing alternatives based on formal support networks that were the police, shelter , and informal family, neighbors, friends and acquaintances; Taking into account that we worked with 18 violent women with an investigative approach, for which the inductive method was used, with a qualitative approach, an interview was used to establish the life stories of the women in the shelter of the city of I Salcedo in this way through the ATLAS program. You WEB. The most significant result was physical, psychological, sexual and patrimonial violence characterized by having economic dependence while the phases of institutional care have been effective because there is empowerment, security and confidence in women so that they can later integrate into society, family, work. since in the foster home they were given workshops on entrepreneurship and self-esteem; The social worker has had a follow up to see her progress and to be able to play roles as a mother, creating emotional and psychological stability with them and their minor children. Finally, with this research it was found that institutional care has a positive influence on the lives of abused women because through its workshops, motivational talks, it was possible to strengthen their state of mind, self-confidence and self-improvement.Item Convivencia durante el acogimiento Institucional y prospectiva del modelo de familia en la fundación Proyecto Salesiano Granja Don Bosco de la ciudad de Ambato provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-04) Freire Urresta, Diana Cruskaya; Espín Miniguano, Anita DalilaABSTRACT The economic crisis facing Latin American countries, as well as the dizzying way of life that has a very competitive time usually causes parents totally neglect their parental role and even to abandon it and take step to family breakdown and the generation of a disparate home where the handicapped eldest is the son. In the city of Ambato works the Foundation project Salesian farm Don Bosco of the city of Ambato province of Tungurahua that has been hosting several children and adolescents who have gone through conflict situations between parents many of whom have violated their rights. This phenomenon has meant that children and youth do not adapt easily to a harmonious coexistence within the institution. The symptoms observed in the analysis of the problem were then ratified by surveys carried out both under the children and young people. Proposed solution to the problem described was the development of a social action programme in which phases are: training oriented to raise awareness among the actors in the institutional placement to provide better care for children and adolescents; healing phase to promote and contribute to the connection of affective links of children and adolescents with their families; phase of growth in order to contribute to the knowledge of the children and adolescents with issues necessary to improve coexistence and contribute to the prospective life possessing; phase of life to teach children and teens activities in order to develop an affinity and expand the vision of the different occupations that could be. Finally, it can be said that the implementation of the mentioned program is viable because of their very low cost since resources existing in the institution, are also used just the contribution of related social service professionals should be managed and self-financing.Item El proceso de autonomía de los adolescentes dentro del sistema de acogimiento institucional(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-03) Molina Mesías, Nahomi Jacqueline; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana FidenciaWithin the institutional foster care system, adolescents who reach a certain age can enter a process of autonomy that prepares them in aspects of self-esteem and insertion into the labor context, fundamental scenarios to guarantee their independence and quality of life at the time of their separation from the shelter where they remain due to different problems within their family nucleus. This work was carried out within the line of research Patterns of Social Behavior with the objective of knowing how effective and efficient is this program of preparation for an autonomous life applied specifically in the Salesian Project Foundation "Granja Don Bosco" from the perspective of the young people who are experiencing this scenario and what is their opinion of both the process of autonomy and institutional foster care. Thus, the exploratory research was carried out through a qualitative-quantitative approach and the synthetic and inductive analytical methods, and for the data analysis, semi structured interviews and the validated quantitative instrument "Autonomometer-T" were applied to 20 young people in the process of autonomy institutionalized in the studied entity. To reinforce the research, a proposal aimed at promoting social responsibility on the part of the business sector towards these adolescents was established in order to facilitate the management and processes carried out by the technical team in terms of labor insertion and to ensure the financial independence of this vulnerable group.Item La reinserción a la comunidad de los niños y adolescentes que se encuentran en acogimiento institucional(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2020-11) Manzano Basantes, Marilyn Isabel; Balseca Basantes, Jeanneth ElizabethThe purpose of this research work is to show the problems that children and adolescents go through when they do not have capable parents or they do not have close relatives; and when they are homeless. Institutional fostering is analyzed within the transitional measures in order to protect Children, preventing people from being indolent with the rights of minors, all of this responding to their basic needs within the priority attention group as it is established in the law. It is of great importance that the minor returns to his origin family or with another familiar, for which reason the multidisciplinary team, through its intervention, seeks to strengthen the blood ties using techniques and methods that have the family as the main entity. The work of the professionals who work at the foundation focuses on the restitution of rights, whence the multidisciplinary team is aimed at guaranteeing the child's superior interest, based on the obtained data that reflects the life in foster care, to know the information that will contribute significantly in its adult stage. By means of this idea the analysis of the investigation is proposed. The data was obtained with the qualitative approach with the help of a structured interview, it is composed of 10 questions. The content of the research seeks to establish repetitive patterns of the experiences that are related within institutional care, determining the situation that the minors went through and their trajectory of reintegration into the community. The aim is to detect the shortcomings that may occur in the fostering process, when it becomes a way of life and not a transitory measure for minors that do not have a place where to live.Item Vulneración de derechos y el desarrollo de habilidaddes sociales de los niños y adolescentes en acogimiento institucional en la Fundación proyecto Salesiano Granja Don Bosco de la Ciudad de Ambato Provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-07) Fernández Paredes, Sandra Paulina; Balseca Basantes, Jeanneth ElizabethThe violation of rights relates to the actions of one person with power to another, which generate physical, psychological, sexual, and social damages, this violation of rights is a problem that occurs worldwide and in all strata. In Ecuador, the violation of the right to children by their families or someone close to this nucleus is a fact that arises frequently, especially at low levels of Ecuadorian society. The host house Projecto Salesiano Granja Don Bosco, currently receives 30 children and adolescents who have lived the violation of their rights by a member of the family or someone close to them. The present research is about the problems described and their effects, among them the low level of social skills, the low level to develop easily in all areas of coexistence, the lack of skills to express their feelings among other difficulties that have the children and adolescents who are immersed in this problem of rights violation. The existence of these problems was confirmed through the development of a survey aimed at children and adolescents, and the Director of the Institution was interviewed, who also ratified these issues. As one of the factors influencing the solution of the problem has been proposed processes of training and motivation where participants (the Families of children and adolescents) will be able to know important aspects related to prevention and sanctions to those who violate the Rights of Children and adolescents generating in them an awareness on several issues relevant to the development of a family, likewise for the children and adolescents in process of Institutional Accompaniment training process and interactive workshops and finally create a MAPE OF ACTORS with different institutions public and private in the health service, public safety, sports, education and finance, among others, so that these children and adolescents can attend these institutions to know and inform the different services and procedures that performs each of the entities mentioned, in the same way with the agreement between the Institutions there is a mutual and permanent benefit among the children, adolescents the Foundation in General with the public or private institution with the purpose of linking society and potentialize the social skills of these children and adolescents to know new spaces, new activities of daily life, and to maintain a permanent interpersonal interaction with different people in the supporting institutions. The process of acquiring a culture of respect for children and adolescents is a long process where the most important factor is awareness.
