Ltda., By studying the different relevant aspects such as sharing, cooperating, socializing, motivating employees to the Compatibility and the disappearance of mutualism so that the personal achievements, promote the fulfillment of the collective goals obtaining positive results for the institution. The research was carried out based on the critical - proactive approach, in which it is tried to change the traditionalist functioning by a culture of constructive management to evaluate the labor performance by means of the analysis of the internal and external factors, defined by strategies that evident the lack of use of protection tools, poor state of the physical structure that become occupational hazards that do not allow the sustained growth of a company limiting the increase in productivity levels.
