Item El desempleo y el emprendimiento en las familias de la parroquia Benítez del Cantón Pelileo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2021-05) Vargas Quilligana, Alexandra Jessenia; Paredes Ruiz, Teresa de JesúsThis research is aimed at investigating the influence of unemployment that leads to entrepreneurship in the families of the Benitez parish of the Pelileo canton. Methodologically, it is considered that this study has a quantitative and qualitative approach through the application of interviews and surveys previously designed and validated by experts related to the subject. When considering unemployment as the greatest social drama of our time, it was possible to identify that 80% of the population feels positive about the future despite being unemployed, while 97% say that entrepreneurship is a activity that helps meet financial and family needs. It is observed with the qualitative analysis that entrepreneurship allows generating employment, being the head of one's own business and having financial independence. The inference made proves that going through a situation of unemployment has influenced the generation of entrepreneurship, which is why the parish GAD is suggested to create strategies to enhance economic activities. In addition, the statistical evidence affirms that adequate remuneration and maintaining a good planning of expenses positively influences the emotional stability of individuals for decision-making.Item El desempleo y las relaciones familiares en la Parroquia Pishilata(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2018-11) Tigse Olovacha, Silvia Liliana; Pino Loza, EulaliaThe present investigation analyzes the unemployment and the family relations in the Pishilata Parish, the data determine that in the year 2017 the unemployment rate of 4.5%, this was higher for the women, in Tungurahua it is located in a 5.5% in the female gender and 3.6% male. The study is qualitative - quantitative, bibliographic, field, descriptive, and correlational, the sample of study are 100 heads of household of the Pishilata Parish to whom a survey was applied with the following results: they zreceive as income a minimum vital salary of $ 375 dollars, the level of education obtained from the respondents is primary, 65% are unemployed, have worked at least one hour, do not have salaried employment and self-employment. A significant percentage of relationships are always spontaneous and rational, they are also based on mutual moral support, they have managed to resolve conflicts through dialogue, although they are in the middle range with responses of sometimes the intensity of emotions, manages the conflicts for the survival of the members of the household, the collaboration between the family to face the situation of unemployment. Based on the data, a playful experiential project to improve family relationships and coping with unemployment is proposed as a proposal to achieve solid, democratic and participatory families.
