Item La violencia vicaria y las relaciones intrafamiliares(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2023-03) Gómez Tapia, Sheila Thalia; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaThe purpose of this thesis is to identify vicarious violence and intrafamily relationships of women belonging to the Ana de Peralta Collective, in addition it is intended to address this problem as it has become a social problem in recent years and this has been increasing, for the realization of the research we worked with a population of 60 women. The term "vicarious violence" is not a well-known term in society, but nevertheless it is a fact that in recent times has been negatively damaging the intrafamily relationships that exist within the home, being the most affected children, as they are used as a tool by their parent to cause harm and pain to the mother. It is important to address this problem, since in this way it will be possible to know how those families are after having gone through difficult situations that in many of the times have left traces impossible to erase and forget. For the execution of the research a quantitative approach was used, with the application of two questionnaires, one for each variable, on the one hand for the independent variable a previously elaborated questionnaire of own authorship was taken with the name of "Vicarious Violence" which consists of 7 questions and 3 dimensions which are the same that are: security, family environment and self-esteem, while for the dependent variable an evaluation was made using the questionnaire, designed, constructed and validated by Marchena Japan called "Intrafamily Violence " with 10 items and 5 dimensions, physical harm, emotional harm, severity of machismo, sexual violence, economic mistreatment. Similarly, a positive correlation was applied and the respective analysis of the results was carried out, after which the hypothesis was finally verified, which gave way to the alternative hypothesis: "Vicarious violence influences the intra-family relationships of women belonging to the Ana de Peralta Collective", and the conclusions and recommendations were made in the face of this problemItem Análisis de casos múltiples desde el Trabajo Social con Familias víctimas de Femicidio(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-09) Rosero Carrera, Andrea de los Ángeles; Haro Lara, AídaFemicide has been a subject of constant struggle, determining a definition that is the death of women for being a woman or for its aggravating circumstances and also maintaining a power relationship between the victim and the aggressor. This research establishes the objective of analyzing the importance of the multiple case methods that is worked from the area of social work with families that have been victims of Femicide and have not received comprehensive reparation or have been inserted into society. The methodology used in the research is qualitative because characteristics of Femicide cases that have had a sentence were collected and the application of a semi-structured interview with open questions to justice operators who have had experience in litigation, thanks to them, it was determined that the families have a progressive comprehensive reparation and, in all cases, there was an economic reparation. The population studied was constituted by 10 judicial operators composed of lawyers, psychologists, the department of criminology and social work, in the same way, the crossing of 8 cases of Femicide in the province of Tungurahua having been the subject of a conviction, obtaining the conclusion that the method applied helps to understand that there are no psychosocial actions for the families who have experienced this crime, so finally the role of the social worker in the process of taking charge of the families is the management of the social autopsy where the victim is profiled in different environments.Item Dependencia económica y emocional en mujeres víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar: casos atendidos por la junta cantonal de protección de derechos del cantón Salcedo durante la emergencia sanitaria(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo social, 2021-12) Alcocer Sánchez, Jacqueline Vanessa; Paredes Ruiz, Teresa de JesúsThe present investigation entitled "Economic and emotional dependence in women victims of intrafamily violence: Cases attended by the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights of the Salcedo canton during the health emergency" constitutes the first approach to the problem of permanent violence in the Society, allowing to give to know relevant information about the types, magnitudes and frequencies that women have experienced from their partners. These data are also enriched with the investigation regarding economic and emotional dependence, the attitude towards violence in women and recommendations for psychotherapeutic treatments for dependence, consistent with the fulfillment of objectives. The objective of this research was to determine how economic and dependency emotional influences women who are victims of domestic violence, during the health crisis, cases attended by the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights of the canton Salcedo. The technique used was descriptive in nature based on bibliographic recognition, in turn, methods with a quantitative and qualitative approach were used, with support for the technical survey instrument, the same that was applied to 19 women complaining of domestic violence and living in the canton Salcedo, obtaining 57.9% of participants where it is revealed that their partner feels superior for providing the money to survive, in turn 63.2% of people surveyed are worried in some way about the idea of being abandoned by their partner, 31.6% have threatened to hurt themselves in some way so that their partner does not leave them and 68.4% consider themselves to be needy and weak, in the same way 89.5% have suffered physical violence, the 94.7% psychological violence, 47.4% sexual violence and 31.6% patrimonial violence. Taking into account the results, it was possible to determine the existence of economic and emotional dependence in women victims of domestic violence, it is recommended to implement the proposed informative workshop where theoretical elements focused on how to reduce dangerous behaviors and behaviors can be presentedItem El interaccionismo simbólico y la violencia intrafamiliar en los empleados de la dirección de Tránsito Terrestre y movilidad de la Ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Symbolic interactionism is considered one of the main study factors within the institution due to notorious evidence of changes in their marital status, an increase in direct discounts for alimony was evidenced and the vast majority have open legal proceedings for violence, aggression physical and psychological. Descriptive research was used regarding symbolic interactionism and its incidence with intrafamily violence, denoting the causes and effects on the behavior of the people who work in the institution. The study maintained a qualitative approach, so it was necessary to apply surveys with which relevant information was obtained, reaching the conclusion that conflicts of intrafamily violence affect the behavior of employees to such an extent that they have come to consider that the violence is part of social behavior.Item Naturalización de la violencia intrafamiliar y el enfoque cultural(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2020-11) Moya Vallejo, Erika Yadira; Naranjo Ruiz, VivianaThe purpose of this research was to identify whether the cultural approach influences the naturalization of domestic violence in the fathers and mothers beneficiaries of the Proyecto Salesiano Granja “Don Bosco”, in its two modalities of intervention prevention and institutional foster care; population demographically belonging to the rural sector, where the main problem is based on cultural beliefs that have come to naturalize violence in the family system. It has been considered important to take into account the variables of naturalization of intrafamily violence and the cultural approach, because it is a palpable problem in the investigated population, the methodology applied is qualitative and quantitative through the use of 2 instruments that they allowed us to verify the hypothesis raised, with the participation of 45 people of the masculine and feminine gender. Tungurahua has established itself as the third province nationwide with high rates of domestic violence, a problem that deserves timely intervention by government organizations. The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between the cultural approach and the naturalization of domestic violence, built, sustained and encouraged through the social and cultural construct that prevails in families specifically in the rural sector.Item Violencia intrafamiliar en las relaciones de pareja(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Intra-family violence is a topic that generates attention in all parts and our country is no exception, due to the increase in inequality in an extreme way in recent years, hearing news about this issue is something everyday. Established on the issue of alarms figures in the INEC and local media. For the execution of the research if you use a methodology with a qualitative approach through the collection of life stories using techniques such as: empathy, active listening, assertive communication, participant observation and semi-structured interview. Intra-family violence is a social problem in a large number of families, which can be seen in the public profile of the form, the most obvious is the violation of physics for the visible ones of those who love in the heart of the world, in other words . psychological violence does not have the intervention of physical contact, heritage violence on the other hand are the economic limitations suffered by a family member, including when to cover their primary needs if they are related, in addition, individual, social and cultural factors are present that They determine domestic violence. Relationships is an emotional and intimate bond that develops in different stages: selection of the couple, falling in love, dating and courtship, courtship and presenting the case, marriage, later of a new family, the related stages are not always present in all couples. The violation of the law in relation to fair trade is directed to a series of episodes of abuse for a group of people or cohabitants towards the other, with the aim of making them die or emotional that leave sequels throughout their lives.Item El desempeño laboral y la violencia intrafamiliar en el personal operativo y administrativo de las empresas Alvarado S.A. de la Provincia de Tungurahua del Canton Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-11) Tirado Carrera, Ana Gabriela; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaThe problem arises from the previous investigation of the area of Social Work of the Department of Human Talent of the companies Alvarado S.A.; in order to carry out this research, we require the collaboration of the departmental heads of each of the companies, that help us with the pertinent list of the collaborators who present some type of problematic, besides being some vulnerable personnel. As could be unjustified absences, Internal and External Cautions, Emotional Instability, Disabled Personnel, attend work in an ethyl state, Pregnant Women, Lactating Women, Single Mothers, Catastrophic Diseases, Divorced, Separated, etc. With the relevant list, the research was carried out by means of the previous application of an Initial Interview, inquiry, elaboration of Social Cards, realization of Home Visits and finally the elaboration of Social Reports; after that a statistical table was made, which shows in greater percentage the problem of intrafamilial violence in the operational and administrative staff. This research is of great importance, since external factors influence employees during their period of work, missing out on their jobs and obtaining low yields of productivity in the company. It could be mentioned that the most collaborators have intrafamilial problems, such as violence and alcoholism, feeling guilty in this way, therefore they worry and causes them emotional instability within their daily work activities; and for this reason, indirectly and directly affects the labor performance of each of the workers, causing a low productivity for the Companies Alvarado S.A. The present research work is based on the different problems that workers have, but it is important to emphasize that the problem of intrafamily violence is the most worrying within the personnel, both for Human Talent, and the productivity of the same. As a result of its work performance within each position, department, and area, it does not comply with all the activities entrusted, hence the area of Social Work, observes the need to carry out this research work, with the purpose of knowing the causes and effects of this problem in order to be able to change the different strategiesItem La violencia intrafamiliar y su incidencia en el aprendizaje de los/as Estudiantes del colegio Nacional Gonzalo Albán Rumazo durante el periodo septiembre 2006 hasta julio 2007(2008) Calvachi Cando, Sonia MarisolLa violencia es un fenómeno social que ha venido deteriorando las relaciones afectivas en todo el sistema familiar y su repercusión ha sido a nivel psicológico, físico y sexual. Es así que dando la importancia a este tema se realiza la investigación en el Colegio Nacional Gonzalo Albán Rumazo, del cantón Latacunga, con el objetivo de detectar la incidencia de la Violencia Intrafamiliar en el proceso de aprendizaje de sus estudiantes. Del estudio realizado se concluye que la Violencia Intrafamiliar si incide de manera negativa en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, razón por la cual se da: el bajo rendimiento, poca participación en clases, bajas notas, mala conducta, timidez, supletorios, en ciertos casos pérdidas de año y abandono de la institución. Además tienden a caer en el uso del alcohol, drogas y en la formación de pandillas. Los estudiantes admiten ser maltratados tanto psicológico y físicamente por la madre debido a que ella es la responsable de corregir el mal comportamiento de sus hijos, como tal, la violencia en este sector se la entiende y se la utiliza como una forma de control y educación. Los padres por su nivel educativo bajo dan importancia tan solo a lo económico mas no a los lasos de unión, afecto, comprensión y comunicación. El análisis de la realidad se desarrolla capítulo por capítulo, que lo desgloso a continuación. Capítulo I, se sondea y contextualiza para darse cuenta sobre el problema de la Violencia Intrafamiliar, he tomado como base los textos e informes bajados de red, especialmente información de otos países. Capítulo II, Marco Teórico que trata acerca de los antecedentes investigativos analizando, la Fundamentación Filosófica basado en el paradigma Crítico propositito, investigando detenidamente los problemas analizando causas y consecuencias, su fundamentación legal, planteamiento de hipótesis que serán aceptadas o rechazadas y por último la determinación de variables que permiten obtener los instrumentos de soporte para el desarrollo de la presente Tesis. Capítulo III y IV, trata de la metodología de la Investigación, la operacionalización de variables, análisis e interpretación de resultados y la verificación de hipótesis basadas en las encuestas aplicada a la muestra de estudio como trabajo de campo. Capítulo V, se llega a las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se ha obtenido a lo largo de la investigación. Capítulo VI, comprende la propuesta denominada: Fortalecer la cohesión social mediante el establecimiento de una alianza estratégica con la Comisaría de la Mujer del cantón Ambato y desarrollar actividades de diagnóstico, prevención y tratamiento de la Violencia Intrafamiliar.
