Item Sistema electrónico para la gestión del trasporte en la Cooperativa de Transporte Santiago de Quero(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería en Electrónica y Comunicaciones, 2022-09) Copo Serrano, Erik Patricio; Ayala Baño, Elizabeth PaulinaIn the present research work, it is proposed, an electronic system to manage transport in the Santiago de Quero Transport Cooperative, with the purpose of solving one of the main inconveniences of the institution, which is the lack of control and management of routes and times of the units, in addition to real-time monitoring to determine the location. For this, the necessary parameters required by the system were analyzed, determining the use of a Ublox GY NEO 6M V2 GPS module for data acquisition and positioning of the bus, a GSM/GPRS SIM900 module that allows information to be transmitted via the mobile network to a central server for storage, and later the visualization of the data in a web interface, a stage of processing and adequacy of the information coming from the GPS module; made by an Arduino Mega board, in addition to alerting the driver through an LCD screen about different factors such as; the current and arrival time at the destination, the speed at which you are on the road, an audible alert when reaching a point, or exceeding the speed limit among other functions that are included in the system to be carried out. Also, a mobile application for users where the real-time location of the buses that are on the route will be displayed. Thus, capturing the attention of the cooperative's clients, allowing the user to have more confidence in the times in which the bus arrives at its origin and destination.Item Dispositivo electrónico de aprendizaje alfabético traductor de voz a braille(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería en Electrónica y Comunicaciones, 2022-07) Villavicencio López, Pablo David; Altamirano Meléndez, SantiagoThis research project is based on the need for autonomous learning of braille, so an electronic learning device is implemented that translates voice into braille alphabetically. This device has been created so that people with visual disabilities can study and face life in a more independent way, with the purpose that people with visual disabilities learn the braille literacy system in an autonomous way, which will allow them to communicate more effectively with the environment in the future. This device consists of a matrix of points in which the alphabet is represented in braille form, this matrix is connected to a microcontroller which in turn is connected via the Internet to a mobile application that translates voice to text and sends the signal to the microcontroller, this is responsible for interpreting the text and translating it into the form in which braille is represented, this is achieved through an algorithm which assigns each letter a sequence of points that are then represented in the relief matrix, thus the user can go learning the braille writing system autonomously. The tests were carried out at Julius Doephner Educational Unit, in students and teachers with visual impairment, concluding that the device is of high usefulness for the learning process of the teacher and the student, because by having a device of this type, you are facilitating the learning of braille.
