    Factores de éxito en los emprendimientos apoyados por la Agencia de Desarrollo CORPOAMBATO

    El presente proyecto de investigación, analiza los factores de éxito en los emprendimientos de un cierto grupo de emprendedores de la provincia, a través del método de recolección de datos que es la encuesta, con el fin de identificar la mala gestión en los factores presentes de los emprendedores. El análisis se encuentra enfocado en las siguiente variables: a) emprendimiento presenta la dimensión personal y social, b) factores de éxito se encuentran los de carácter cualitativo (capacidad de innovación, tecnología de producción, nivel de conocimiento, competencias) y cuantitativo (rentabilidad económica, capital, financiamiento, porcentaje de ventas, ingreso promedio, número de empleados). El análisis e interpretación de resultados fue la clave principal en la búsqueda de falencias en la gestión empresarial de los negocios y la respuesta a las preguntas directrices de la investigación. Al detectar los problemas en cada una de las variables estudiadas responde a la perspectiva de que es lo que sucedería a futuro si esa gestión continúa, para ello se propone en base a cada problema estrategias gerenciales para incorporar una mejor administración en el negocio.

    Las políticas y procedimientos en el proceso de captaciones y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “San Francisco Ltda. de Ambato

    This research started from the need of the Cooperative San Francisco Limited Ambato to know what the influence of policies and procedures in the process of catchments for meeting the strategic objectives that are contained in the Institutional Annual Operating Plan. Relevant actions in development work were scientifically supported through the variables involved, citing several authors and documents found on conceptions attached to the Administrator, were cited sources consulted and provided with critical and objective analysis of the situation. To obtain the necessary information were considered suitable to the survey and the interview that was applied to the target group, which in this case a sample of partners and heads of agencies in the city of Ambato, after this was taken proceeded to perform processing, analysis and interpretation of results to infer the end of it several conclusions, which in summary says that the organization needed the socialization and dissemination of strategic objectives, control of processes and the approach of new strategies monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees and managers, approaches that are part of the proposal through the COSO III with technical tools and activities to monitor the administrative management.

    Las actividades de control y el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y financieros de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Nuevo Amanecer del cantón Salcedo durante el año 2014

    This research responds to the topic: Control activities and compliance with operational and financial objectives of the credit union Nuevo Amanecer Canton Salcedo during 2014. The overall objective of the research is to study how influence control activities in compliance with the operational and financial objectives of the credit union Nuevo Amanecer. In order to support the research work, and in turn diagnose the current situation of the company, noting the weaknesses which should pay more attention when proposing a possible solution. It is important to note that the primary data were collected directly from the credit union Nuevo Amanecer., Through fieldwork, in order to obtain a diagnosis of the current situation, for which observation forms was used which They contributed to obtaining the information necessary for the development of research, just as flowcharts were performed to identify the risks in each process, which help us to show the main effect, described in the problem tree, and be able to determine mediated control, also other weaknesses that can be corrected through recommendations made, including the proposal that refers to reengineer processes, each area of the cooperative, it is raised is identified which go according to needs it, it is to guide process management in a proper way to optimize resources and thus improve profitability. For the development of this research, it was necessary to investigate secondary sources, which provided a wider range of the dependent variable and independent concept.
