Cl.The present investigation was developed in the city of Ambato, in the Province of Tungurahua with a population of 19 boys and girls between 2 and 5 years old belonging to the Casa Hogar Santa Marianita, whose general objective is to analyze the affective bond in the development of the behavior of the population under study. As an assessment instrument, a questionnaire was applied to the caregivers of the establishment, the same one that determines the normality or anomaly present in the child's behavior, in addition an evaluation of the quality of the children's relationships with their caregivers was applied, an instrument that values five important areas: the regulation of distance, the orientation of the body; the content and form of the dialogues, the emotional environment, and the reactions in the reencounter with their caregivers. Resulting in the type of attachment developed in each of the children. It is concluded that the affective bond developed in children is related to the behavior of these, obtaining that of the children evaluated through the Eyberg Inventory of behavior, 78.9% are at an alert level; of which 36.8% present an anxious-ambivalent attachment type, 21.1% insecure-avoidant attachment, and the other 21.1% show a disorganized type of attachment. While children with a certain type of attachment, are those who manifest a behavior within a normal range representing 21.1% of the population studied.
