Cl. Mg.Vestibular stimulation focuses on regulating the sense of movement and balance, thus allowing the body to locate itself in an adequate way in space and to be able to move around in the environment thus favoring motor skills. Reason for which the present study was developed with the objective of determining the influence of vestibular stimulation in the development of motor skills in children from 3 to 4 years of the Melitas Garden Infant Development Center of the Ambato canton period March-September 2018. For which he had a bibliographic, field, and descriptive methodology that included the 15 children of the Melitas Garden Child Development Center. Likewise, as a data collection technique, the TEPSI test was used, where the motor section was taken to evaluate 12 motor activities. Finally, it was concluded that children from 3 to 4 years old showed percentages of initial performance of 45% regarding the performance of the TEPSI test activities in the area of motor skills and after the application of vestibular stimulation activities for two years. months, 86% was achieved, that is to say, there was an advance of 41%.Item “La expresión corporal en el desarrollo motor grueso de los niños/as de 1 a 2 años”.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2019-02-01) Mora Mora, Deisy Margarita; Troya Ortiz, Elsa VerónicaLcda. Mg.This research focuses on the analysis of “THE BODY EXPRESSION IN THE THICK MOTOR DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN FROM 1 TO 2 YEARS OLD”, which took place at the "Gotita de Amor" Child Development Center in the city of Salcedo, from the province of Cotopaxi. After a critical and contextual analysis at the macro, meso and micro levels, it was possible to learn more about the problematic and the causes inherent to it, the respective justification and the objectives that guided the work were generated from it. With abundant bibliographic sources, the study was supported from different approaches, which made possible the hypothesis. The methodology was primarily descriptive longitudinal, whose instrument of analysis was the Denver Test aimed at a population of 30 children. The results of its application were analyzed and interpreted following a pretest and a posttest. The pretest data demonstrated the existing problem, while the posttest showed the usefulness of a series of activities applied to children, with which the children improved and their results were encouraging, from which they were raised, the respective conclusions and recommendations.Item “La estimulación sensorial en el desarrollo psicomotriz de los niños de 4 a 5 años”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Cáceres Urrutia, Pamela Liliana; Troya Ortiz, Elsa VerónicaLic.Mg.The following research project has as its theme "Sensory stimulation in the psychomotor development of children from 4 to 5 years", for which there was a population of 25 children of which 9 children and 16 girls. In order to obtain the necessary information and to raise the baseline, the Scale of evaluation of psychomotor skills in pre-school was evaluated: Locomotion, balance, positions, coordination of legs, coordination of arms, hand coordination, body scheme in itself, outline body in others. Two evaluations were applied, a pre-test that allows to determine the condition of each of the beneficiary children to later design and apply a guide of sensory activities focused on psychomotor development. After this a pos test is done to make a comparison between the results of the evaluation finding favorable results and improving psychomotor skills in infants. It is concluded that it is necessary to apply an evaluation instrument to understand the potential of each of the children, as well as detect possible problems in the development and provide an appropriate treatment according to the needs of the infant; On the other hand, the application of sensory techniques to improve the psychomotor development of children is indispensable.Item “La estimulación vestibular y el desarrollo motriz grueso en niños de 1 a 2 años de edad del centro de estimulación temprana neurokids”.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Pérez Guilcapi, Mayra Paola; Mantilla García, Jimena Paola Lcda., Ph.D.The research is based on the theme "Vestibular stimulation and gross motor development in children 1 to 2 years of age of the Neurokids Early Stimulation Center", the study population corresponds to 10 children, in an age range of 1 to 2 years; of which 8 belong to the female sex and 2 infants are male. To obtain the necessary data and information, the Brunet-Lezine Test is used, which focuses on 4 areas of development that are presented in consecutive and recurrent order such as: perceptive-manipulative, cognitive, language and social area; with emphasis on the assessment of the manipulative perceptual area, gross motor area, postural control, coordination, balance and turns; as well as the fine motor area, through the manipulation of objects. With an initial evaluation (pretest), to determine the level of psychomotor development of children under study, from the application of vestibular stimulation exercises aimed at gross motor development. A second take (posttest) is made, which allows the results of the two assessments made with the Brunet-Lezine Test to be compared, after the intervention carried out by the professional in early stimulation of the Neurokids Center, through the application of a program of vestibular stimulation exercises, for the gross motor development of the infant population of 1 to 2 years. The results obtained from the research show a significant increase in the development of motor skills such as: balance, coordination, body control and laterality. It conclude the importance of vestibular stimulation from early ages, which allows us to detect and interpret the position and direction of our body, regulates the sense of movement and balance, to promote the child's overall development, in order to improve their learningItem “La estimulación táctil en el desarrollo motriz fino de los niños de 2-3 años en el cnh de la parroquia juan benigno vela de la ciudad de ambato”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-09-01) Chavarría Zambrano, Verónica Kassandra; Chango Vela, Flavia Monserrath Lic.MSc.The present research was carried out with the theme "Tactile stimulation in the fine motor development of 2-3 year old children in the CNH of the Juan Benigno Vela parish in the city of Ambato", with the participation of 18 children legally enrolled in the CNH program belonging to the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, the aim of this research was to demonstrate the importance of activities based on tactile stimulation to improve fine motor skills and abilities in children aged 2-3 years. is an age of preparation for the school stage of the same, the research project lasted 5 months, began with a first evaluation to see in what range of fine motor development were children, then worked during the aforementioned time with activities tactics which provided new experience and therefore learning to children, was counted on the Licentiate who is the technician. ica in charge of the program and the parents who served as support to carry out the work in a more individualized way, progress was made every week and finally very positive results were obtained, at the beginning 22% of the children were in a range of normality while the remaining 78% at risk, at the end with the last shot was obtained that 100% was normal, that is, the 18 children complied with the items corresponding to their age of development. It is worth mentioning that the test applied was that of Tepsi specifically the coordination subtest which is the area that we are interested in evaluating, clearly fine motor skills. Clearly, the importance of applying tactile stimulation techniques when working with children was determined. Experiencing new experiences will help them learn and awaken their interest by interfering in the process of growing and developing their abilities, such as personnel in charge of provide them with an adequate Early Stimulation we must be more creative and although there is no greater theory on tactile stimulation itself, observe and provide better care and innovate knowledge researching and training so that we can provide our children a better quality of life. Mg.The current research is held based on the topic: “Sensory Stimulation in the development of the gross motor on children who present a neurological lesion (brain palsy) from The Centro Terapéutico Multisensory”. The research takes into account a total sample of 14 children between the ages of 4 and 3 years whose genders are 11 male and 3 female. It employs the Gross Motor Function Measure Test in order to get the accurate information needed to stablish the percentiles. The test allows measuring the following 5 parameters: prone, crowing and knees, standing, marching, running and jumping at the same time. In order to develop this project we’ll start with a prior evaluation which will be helpful to stablish the initial physical condition of our patients. This will be useful because it will allows us to determine the precise techniques to be employed in each patient taking into consideration the development of the gross motor. After that, a second evaluation is done in order to make comparisons between the two results of the treatment. It pointed out positive results because the research shows an increase of a 10 - 40 % on each children’s motor abilities as well as the skills; leading into a factual percentage of 20 in the overall range and items assessed. To sum up I can state that on one hand it’s necessary to apply a measuring instrument to understand the strengths of each patient in order to provide the most accurate and appropriate treatment; on the other hand it is essential to apply sensory techniques as a therapeutic method of patient’s rehabilitation for those who suffers a neurological lesion.
