Carrera de Organización de Empresas., 2015-07) Peña Acosta, Diana Elizabeth 1804564183; Cepeda Luna, Ramiro Enrique 1801987247This paper deals with the management of the supply chain and its relation to the competitiveness of the company "Auto Palace Exclusivity"; through field investigation determined that the manager of the company, unaware management strategies on management of the supply chain, which generated a low competition with new businesses that offer innovative, unique products at low prices and guaranteed amount in short time with quality. For this reason, it was necessary to identify what the current process to analyze the causes that affect competitiveness in the company, through the modality of field through the survey technique for gathering information from 272 people who were the size sample of the population was reached study objectives outlined. In conclusion it was found that the process of managing the supply chain of Auto Palace Exclusivity is proper because the owner supply manager performs according to the needs and he is responsible for transporting their own. In addition it was determined that the causes affecting competitiveness is not available variety, quantity and quality of goods according to the requirements of customers for both management of the supply chain is designed to increase competitiveness and raise satisfaction Model customer by 4C's. This model consists of the concepts of trust, commitment, communication and collaboration; It involves a cultural change within the organization, which is critical to the competitiveness and stay on the market.Item La Gestión del talento humano y su efecto en la Productividad laboral de la empresa SECOHI Cía. Ltda, began operations in May 1974 in the city of Latacunga. The company is engaged in the importation, sale, distribution and marketing wholesale and retail sale of parts and accessories of medium and heavy multi-brand vehicles. The goal that drives this research is to determine strategies for Human Resource Management and Labor Productivity of the company is the desired and through this achieves the objectives, since it is essential to address the problem to be showing in the company. The results of the research process revealed the field of management of human talent to be considered in the proposal for this research and all aspects that the company should be emphasized for their workers achieve an efficient and effective labor productivity for the benefit of the organization, taking into account a new management model, proposed in the proposal itself. With all the information collected and the analysis of them, I was routed by designing a compensation plan and incentives to domestic customers because, through this proposal the problems raised in the company due to specific points made in it will be fixed staff compensation and incentives that make for worthy objectives achieved, which will result in significant growth in the state, reflected in the productivity of the same.
