Preplast is a company of production and marketing of plants pet and soles of belt for small and large producers providing inputs for footwear that have been popular in the city of Ambato The current draft of the thesis explains the results of the research carried out, with the fundamental purpose of responding to a problem identified, making the increase in capabilities, challenges and experiences of the job itself which will lead to a personal growth by providing each internal customer opportunities to improve their skills and expand their responsibilities within the institution and achieve continuous improvement. It is so that the resulting proposal is a manual of administrative functions designed to improve the recruitment and selection of staff using arrays that allow you to identify the right person to occupy a position within the company. The internal recruitment motivates the professional development of the employee in the organization, guarantees the permanence in the work and the cost is less, but the external recruitment increases new ideas and introduces new talents and skills.
