It was founded in 1996 as a footwear store in Ambato city with variety for men, women and kids, nowadays they offer products such as: occasional, sports, formal, furthermore they have an exclusive line of boots, ankle boots, medium boots and waders, these are their current special field. For these reasons, this project has focused in to diagnosticate the performance evaluation situation in levels of productivity of Lady Rose´s employees. The results got from the research through the applied instruments to the factory´s colaborators show us that performance evaluation take influence on productivity levels of Lady Rose´s employees. The technique used for this research project is the application of performance evaluation manual on Lady Rose´s employees to contribute, to optimize specific times and efforts required in the execution of functions of each employee who take part in the company.Item Implementación de un Manual de funciones para mejorar el Proceso de producción en la planta procesadora de lácteos Campo Fino.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The results of this field research was conducted among employees of the Company , which state that it is essential and important editing functions developed by them, as there duplicity to perform the processes within the production area , existing anomalies and resource losses in the company. Is an institution of solidarity economy that drives the sustainable development of their partners and sustained growth of the cooperative sector through the provision of financial services and the promotion of alternative development, improving quality of life of the community. This research aims to minimize the impact on delinquency, developing the proposed domestic policies that will optimize the recovery of portfolio in the Cooperative Savings and Credit House "La Merced Ltda." According to the purpose of research, historical analysis of the recovery of overdue loans were made, which reflect high default rates, for this reason surveys were conducted to internal customers of the cooperative for compliance with credit policies, which reflect; policies that do not have enough to help recovery portfolio and breach of the same ones. This investigation focuses on developing an analysis of the problems that directly affect the customer and therefore the image of the company in a competitive market. It is therefore crucial to apply a manual customer that will establish corrective actions to improve the quality of service and timely satisfy each customer needs presented by the way. Obviously the customer is the primary basis within a company because staff have direct contact with customers, so it is inevitable that within the company an appropriate form of care to run the client before, during and after complaints or claims process in this way to meet the needs presented image and get a reliable and safe against them. The main focus in the company is quality based production. Currently the company has had problems in the internal processes, because there is not a manual of procedures in which people can base their processes, which causes a lack of coordination in its activities each operary. Than described above so that the This research was based on a study of quality management and creating a competitive advantage, with the purpose of designing a procedures manual for staff as this tool it depends on the differentiation that the company may have on the market or competitive advantage that exists on the basis of its competitors. The data obtained in the field research (survey) showed that deficiency in internal processes if they influence the creation of a competitive advantage as the company lacks flowcharts for processes and likewise the lack of manual functions. Boutique Oswaldo's looking for ways to improve staff and performance, such as people with sales experience, who know of underwear, but now this has not been enough, since it is necessary to implement a model of organizational structure that involves to define roles, tasks, to harness the full potential of each employee. In the field research (surveys) were able to obtain relevant information about the perception of employees about the features and performance they have in each job, with the result that the work is performed without an administrative manual only observing the qualities for marketing underwear and not exploiting the skills and knowledge of each employee. That is why the proposed solution presented in this project is an Administrative Manual, which describes the tasks, activities to be implemented for the staff and the profile required for the job. This is expected to achieve greater efficiency in human resources, reducing idle time and increase individual performance.
