The present research work begins with the approach, explanation and origin of the problem present in the place of study, the need to find a source of information that contributes as an administrative tool to solve everyday problems within an institution, which may affect a future but focuses on professionalizing the members that make up their work environment. The results achieved in the research process, specifically in the field research, allowed to know that the management of human talent in reference to basic and technical knowledge are not properly developed and applied in the tasks, which affects the work performance. With a focus on Human Talent Management, in a detailed and didactic way, the content of the proposal is developed with a detailed and detailed presentation on how we can apply a management model to the members of the organization in a clear and concrete manner. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2018-01) Moya Flores, Luis Enrique; Medina Chicaiza, Ricardo PatricioThe objective of this research project is to develop a technological alternative in the e-recruitment of personnel that will become an aid for Tungurahua body companies, as well as promote the use of technological tools in the human resources department. The investigation evidences the ignorance of the advantages of this type of tools and the lack of an adequate recruitment process of personnel. The theoretical foundation analyzes the origins and evolution of the administration of human resources towards the management of human talent, investigates the process of recruitment of personnel of various authors and technological tools, this has allowed to establish the elements to be evaluated through the instrument of the survey, which was validated with the Cronbach's Alpha; as results, 0.84 was obtained, which means that the instrument is reliable to be able to carry out the surveys to people who are looking for. Since the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is in the high range. The results obtained show the tools and techniques used in the personnel recruitment process, the current recruitment situation was analyzed, so it detected the scarce use of technological tools in the area of human resources. The results of the research process revealed the field of management of human talent to be considered in the proposal for this research and all aspects that the company should be emphasized for their workers achieve an efficient and effective labor productivity for the benefit of the organization, taking into account a new management model, proposed in the proposal itself. Through the data produced in the internal customer research, we found many aspects as the know that there is not an adequate organizational system that affects the interaction between staff, besides the work environment needs a change, we must develop skills in the company staff to create a success and it will forge a business future. Es por esta razón que el presente trabajo de investigación se ha enfocado en realizar un análisis de puestos de trabajo de los operarios de Mueblería Santa Anita, con el fin de establecer un Modelo de Gestión por Competencias que permitan mejorar las relaciones Laborales existentes, así como también contar con un personal operario competitivo. Los datos arrojados por la investigación de campo aplicada al personal operario de la empresa indican que es importante corregir aspectos en las Relaciones Laborales existentes entre el Jefe de Recursos Humanos y el personal operario, ya que existe inconformidad en la mayoría de operarios. Agencia Ambato, cuenta con un Modelo de Gestión que no está enmarcado al desarrollo del empleado, en la cooperativa en muchas ocasiones la saturación u aglomeración de trabajo teniendo en cuenta que por estas situaciones el incumplimiento del trabajo o entrega de servicios es notoria y perjudicial para la cooperativa y especialmente para el cliente, por ende este trabajo se enfoca en diseñar un adecuado Modelo de Gestión del Talento humano que permita contratar al futuro personal, y por ende mejorar y elevar el Desempeño Laboral. La presente investigación a realizarse pretende definir los factores que incurren en la alta rotación porque identificándoles claramente la causa raíz-efecto se logrará la estabilidad del personal dentro de esta financiera. Además se evitara el costo al que incurre la inestabilidad laboral ya que es un tema que si no se atiende a tiempo puede afectar los costos de la misma pudiendo llevarla al fracaso. Así la propuesta contiene información tanto bibliográfica como de campo enfocada a las variables que intervienen en el desempeño de un trabajador como son Evaluación, Desarrollo del Personal, Competencias, cultura organizacional, habilidades y destrezas, así como las líneas de supervisión que identifiquen las características de cada individuo, y poder responder al problema detectado, que es el Modelo de Gestión del Talento humano.Item "La Gestión del Talento Humano y su incidencia en la Calidad del Servicio al Cliente en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Francisco Ltda."(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Carrera de Organización de Empresas., 2014-04) Pérez Pintado, Gabriela Gina; D-T Cerón M., JorgeCooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Fráncico Ltda., es una institución financiera que se inició hace 31 años por el impulso de los Padres Franciscanos y la colaboración de la población de madres podres del sector de la Yahuira de la ciudad de Ambato. La cooperativa, en la actualidad el recurso humano, desempeña sus funciones de acuerdo a lineamientos anteriores que no miden las competencias reales de los empleados, es decir realizan su trabajo en relación al título profesional que poseen y no a las habilidades, destrezas que tienen, lo que provoca un bajo rendimiento en el desempeño de sus labores. Además no cuenta con un estudio de la satisfacción de los clientes por los servicios que presta por lo que no se tiene certeza de la efectividad de los servicios brindados. Los resultados que se obtuvo de la investigación, se determina que los encuestados califican de buena la gestión que se lleva en la cooperativa con el 62%, mientras que un 38% dice que es regular. El 84% de los socios considera que la calidad del servicio que ha recibido es buena, en tanto que el 16% no considera que es de mala calidad el servicio proporcionado en la cooperativa. De manera general se necesita mejorar aún más la gestión del talento humano, en base a las competencias y aprovechar las bondades de los mismos. La solución al problema se direcciona a desarrollar un nuevo modelo de gestión del talento humano por competencias, diseñado funciones tareas especificas apoyado por un plan de acción que sigue objetivos estratégicos en mejorar del talento humano de la cooperativa.
