    Creación de una línea de ropa deportiva para damas de talla plus en la provincia de Tungurahua

    Este proyecto se creó con el propósito de cubrir las necesidades de las mujeres de talla plus de la provincia de Tungurahua, a través de un proyecto innovador de ropa deportiva con estilo que se adapte a la figura de cada mujer, dejando de lado los estereotipos impuestos por las grandes empresas y marcas de moda. El objetivo de esta investigación es introducir un producto que revolucione el mercado de ropa deportiva que se centra en las mujeres de tallas promedio, dejando de lado completamente a las mujeres de tallas superiores o tallas plus, se ha propuesto introducir este proyecto en un sector estratégico como es la provincia de Tungurahua, ya que es bien conocida por ser la provincia con más comercio textil. Para determinar la muestra se tomó datos del INEC proyectados del año 2022 de mujeres con sobrepeso de los nueve cantones de la provincia de Tungurahua. Para conocer el grado de aceptación de este proyecto se tomó como instrumento de recolección de información a la encuesta, la cual se realizó a 383 mujeres con sobrepeso en dicha provincia, dando como resultado una aceptación positiva para que el emprendimiento se desarrolle con éxito. La investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque cuantitativo, con la finalidad de demostrar que el proyecto es realizable, se generó indicadores financieros que expresen con mayor claridad su validez, tomando en cuenta tres escenarios; real, optimista y pesimista. Como recomendación se sugirió que el presenta proyecto sea desarrollado en puntos clave.

    NATH STAZ is a company dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of garments in jeans fabric with a trajectory of 10 years time in which it has gone through different phases of sale in the market therefore it is necessary to take strategic actions to excel in the Market and satisfy the customer by offering products with innovation according to the trend of the current fashion. This aspect provides a greater opportunity for the business development of the Jeans producing industries that will implement strategies for the continuous improvement of their product itself, in this way we will be more serious with what we offer to the client much more competitive and we will be able to position in the Markets that we want to potentiate. With this we will be providing our customers with products that meet quality standards and satisfying them efficiently and effectively. The project is aimed at meeting the needs of people in the province of Tungurahua in the Canton Ambato exclusively for the female gender of the urban area that includes the ages between 10 and 40 years of age for which a market study is carried out for Know their tastes and preferences. The creation of this new line will have several proposals for the choice of products based on the theme of aromas and effects, which is intended to take one more step, not simply create a line but rather excel before the competition with innovative ideas in which Use all possible resources and put our knowledge and skills into practice by offering the best quality in our products.

The present research aims at the implementation of a (JUST IN TIME) model for the production process, dispatch and delivery of the elaborations made in the production plant, which allows to define tasks with a certain precision achieving the optimization of the times already the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and the people involved in the production areas. It is for this reason that the present work of Entrepreneurship that is going to Generate a New Line of Production of Pants in Cloth Drill has focused on making an ample analysis of the environment both internal and external of the company, in order to establish strategies that allow Increase sales for both the company and distributors who sell our clothing Jeans. The data from field research applied to the company's customers indicate that it is important to correct aspects such as the quality of the jeans fabric, as well as advertising, product innovation and sales promotion as an inherent part of success for Sales of the product and the brand of said company, since these are factors that most customers consider a failure that should be improved. The Generation of a new production line in cloth DILL in the company LeGo`S COLLECTION will allow us to put into practice the skills and abilities acquired during the Unversitaria race for the continuous growth of the same and the introduction of this new product in the Current fashion market; On the other hand will be announced promotions to apply at the point of sale of the products, these activities aimed at facilitating the rotation and sale of the product as expected by the owners and sellers of the company.

    The company AIMARA SPORT has been dedicated to the production and commercialization of sportswear for adults, with a permanence in the market of 10 years, considering that its brand AIMARA SPORT has been recognized by the quality of the product, guarantee in the delivery, innovative designs and personalized service. The knowledge of the market and the needs of the customers allows AIMARA SPORT to identify opportunities for the introduction of new products exclusively for children, as one of the current forgotten market segments, that is why it is proposed the creation of a new line of children's sportswear in the company AIMARA SPORT of the city of Pelileo, province of Tungurahua. The results obtained in the investigation determined the importance of creating a new line of children's sportswear in the company, which generates a feasibility in the financial study, with profit margin in the first year, the $ 11.960,44 and the fifth year, $ 21.420,07 by what has been increasing over the years. In this way the entrepreneurship proposal focuses on the creation of a new line of children's sportswear, aimed at the children's segment, making itself known through the different advertising media such as: radio, television, leaflets, web page, different Social networks seeking an efficient reception in direct contact with the customer for a better service in customer service and therefore the growth of AIMARA SPORT.

    Creaciones Luigi de Ambato has been dedicated to making shirts to retail and wholesale for 26 years, during which experienced standards ISO 9001: 2008, now sees the need to implement the new standards, the ISO 9001: 2015 to regulate the system of quality management since this standard be the one to replace the ISO 9001: 2008. For this reason, this research work has been directed to the study of the use and application of standards ISO 9001: 2008 in production processes, in order to propose strategies to increase the level of sales and hence be more competitive. The results of field research conducted to common customers of the company determines that a planning production processes, and any activity that will improve the competence of the company is made, respondents considered these factors as failures the company has. Po therefore the result of this study led to an alternative design solution "Continuous Improvement Model of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015, to maximize production and improve the market share of the Company Creations Luigi, It is considered to be necessary to optimize production processes and in this way contribute to the improvement of product quality and so the company to compete with others.

    The company MAR'ANDREWS Canton Pelileo Tambo district is dedicated to the development and distribution of jeans, the primary objective meets each of the needs and demands of customers at the time of purchase. Currently the company is presented in a development phase, so it is necessary to identify actions that help to improve efficiency and productivity. It is for this reason that the present research project focuses on conducting an internal analysis of the production department of the company, and identify the problems that are affecting the functioning of the area are .. So we focus on the study of the control of production processes and their impact on the productivity of manufacturing jeans in the company MAR'ANDREWS, in order to diagnose what is currently happening, and so to raise a management model that helps increase productivity and monitor current production. So, that when designing a model for the control of production process so as to increase productivity, the company raised its production rate obtaining more efficient and better customer fulfillment processes.

    ALVARO JEAN'S company founded in 1990 is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of clothing for men, women and children. It is located in the province of Tungurahua, Canton Pelileo, Barrio el Tambo. This research is conducted to the need to design the supply chain of the company with the primary purpose of increasing customer service levels while minimizing costs and integrating all elements of the company since providers materials and supplies, manufacturers and the distribution chain in order to meet customer requirements. Is necessary within the company are successfully improved relations between the different members of the supply chain, implementing a better flow of information and materials that are necessary to have the technological tools and means to improve the service and optimize the logistics process. When designing the supply chain of the company you will get face better competition, maximizing the speed product flow and minimizing operating costs, giving the consumer a product of excellent quality and affordable price, generating a great advantage competitive based on continuous improvement of the company generating good profitability and productivity, and contribute to economic development.

    "La Responsabilidad Social y su incidencia en la Producción de pantalones en la Empresa RAM JEAN'S de la ciudad de Ambato"

    La empresa RAM Jean`s se ubica en la ciudad de Pelileo, se dedica a la fabricación y comercialización de prendas de vestir, en especial se centran en la producción de Jean`s con una capacidad de 200 pantalones mensuales dirigido a los mercados infantiles, damas y caballeros, por ende se encuentra en un crecimiento continuo de industrialización y ha exigencias de leyes, normas ambientales que juntamente con las necesidades de la sociedad direcciona a la Fábrica a constantes cambios para la satisfacción de las mismas. Por tal motivo es la razón de este trabajo investigativo que gracias a un análisis interno de la empresa es la necesidad de cumplir con las normas de una responsabilidad social empresarial comprometida y así de esta manera cuidar el desarrollo sostenible de la empresa y ver la manera de como recompensar de alguna manera al medio ambiente. Los resultados del análisis dirigidos a los clientes internos nos indica la gran necesidad de una capacitación en políticas ambientales y sobre todo, los trabajadores de la empresa están en continuo contacto con sustancias químicas que se utiliza en las varias etapas para la elaboración de Jean’s, como son: a) Cortado b) Cosido o Armado del Pantalón c) Pintado, lavado y secado d) Pulido (Cortar hilos) e) Planchado f) Pegado de botones y remaches g) Etiquetado, que pueden provocar daño a las personas que manipulen estos químicos, lo cual es necesaria la capacitación del manejo adecuado, que por la poca capacitación se pudiera provocar que la comunidad sea la más afectada. Por ende la propuesta de este manual se focaliza en la mejora de estas problemáticas basadas en políticas, normas y parámetros que se deban cumplir que regulen una Producción comprometida con la Responsabilidad Social visionados a una estrategia de como ampliar el mercado con un sello verde vinculada con la comunidad.

    "Innovación Tecnológica y su incidencia en la Productividad de la Empresa Domingo Jeans de la ciudad de Pelileo"

    DOMINGO`S JEAN´S es una fábrica de participación familiar, la misma que fue creada hace 10 años por el Sr. Segundo Domingo Sánchez Morales y sus hijos en la cuidad Pelileo y está ubicada en el Tambo las Morcillas en donde están funcionando actualmente. La empresa presenta ausencia de modernización en la producción por diversos factores como los altos costos de maquinaria, ya falta de planificación de la producción, afectando a la productividad. Los resultados que se obtuvieron de las encuestas realizadas a los clientes internos se determina que la empresa necesita de mejoras en la tecnología para mejorar el proceso de producción y así poder competir en el mercado local y nacional. La solución planteada se basa en el modelo de innovación tecnológica, a través de estrategias encaminadas a administrar adecuadamente el recurso tecnológico, la optimización del recurso económica y la eficiencia del personal.
