Esp., María Nelly RocíoThe present work was done in the fifth semester of the School of Veterinary Medicine of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences belonging to the Technical University of Ambato, located in the neighborhood Tambo-University, Canton Cevallos, Tungurahua province whose coordinates are 1 ° 22'07 "S and 78 ° 36'14" W. surveys the total universe made up of 24 students and 6 teachers applied. The most outstanding results of the survey to teachers were as follows: 66.7% of teachers surveyed always use techniques and strategies that encourage students to maintain an attitude of sacrifice, commitment and determination; while 33.3% do so occasionally. 66.7% of teachers surveyed always use techniques and strategies that encourage students to act in anticipation of future problems, needs or changes; while 33.3% do so occasionally. 83.3% of teachers surveyed occasionally uses techniques and strategies that encourage students to withstand voltages and live safely; while 16.7% always. The survey of students we can highlight the following results: 62% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage adapt to changes in relation to the demands of science; 25% believe that they do not and 13% do not know. 59% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage seek independence and freedom of action inside and outside the classroom; 33% believe that they do not and 8% do not know. 67% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage taking risks and responsibilities in relation to their activities; 21% believe that they do not and 12% do not know. 59% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage self-confidence have in relation to their abilities; 33% believe that they do not and 8% do not know. 67% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage set clear and challenging but achievable goals within their academic performance; 25% believe that they do not and 8% do not know. 50% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage it to feel comfortable and open to new ideas, approaches or information; 46% believe that they do not and 4% do not know. 71% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage perceive that success depends on it rather than external circumstances; 29% believe that they do not. 75% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage maintaining an attitude of sacrifice, commitment and determination; 17% believe that they do not and 8% do not know. 50% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage him to act in anticipation of future problems, needs or changes; 37% believe that they do not and 13% do not know. 46% of the surveyed students believe that teachers if they use techniques and strategies that encourage withstand voltages and live safely; 29% believe that they do not and 25% do not know.
