Item Guia de estimulación temprana para impulsar el desarrollo cognitivo en niños de 4 - 5 años(Universidad Técnica de Ambato / Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud / Centro de posgrados, 2022-05-01) Izurieta Robles, Ana Monserrath Lcda.; De Mora Coloma, Jacqueline Alexandra Dra.Child development is characterized by being a priority process, with a high degree of brain plasticity, being essential to provide adequate conditions for brain functions to be established, if the process is interrupted by environmental, psychological, social and cultural factors, it shows the appearance possible affectations or delay in their development, deteriorating the quality of life of the child population. It is essential to address this problem correctly, through the timely detection of anomalies in the different areas of development; to establish early intervention strategies, in order to avoid and reduce risks that may alter its evolution. Quantitative study, which will allow the analysis of cognitive development in order to promote it through the use of early stimulation techniques in a population of 25 infants, attended in the Parish of Cunchibamba; chosen by inclusion and exclusion criteria. An evaluation test was obtained for the collection of information and the baseline of cognitive development was established. Research that is framed with a legal and ethical basis for its respective execution, which facilitated access to the homes of the infants for their respective evaluations through the McCarthy Scale, specifically the General Cognitive Scale, concluding with the results of the child population, Based on this, criteria will be established for the creation of the Early Stimulation Guide. The analysis of a second evaluation by the professional in charge is carried out, in which an advance in cognitive development is evidenced since 92% at the end of the intervention are in normal cognitive development and only 8% are on alert - low indicator, the intervention of the use of the Early Stimulation Guide being satisfactory.Item Estrategias para el desarrollo psicomotriz en niños menores de 2 años con desnutrición(Universidad Técnica de Ambato / Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud / Centro de posgrados, 2022-05-01) Loja Ferreira, Daysi Liliana Lcda.; Castañeda Sandoval, Jaddy Vanessa Md. Esp.The present research work was oriented to the psychomotor development in children from 1 to 24 months of age with malnutrition, for which, it aims to identify the level of psychomotor development of children from 1 month to 24 months of age malnourished in the neighborhood of Gullanzhapa, Cuenca canton, Azuay province. The study was quantitative, descriptive and prospective, where the Denver test instrument was used to assess the psychomotor sphere. What has made it possible to demonstrate that the average age of the children is 13.76 months with a SD of 5.48, where there are more men than women, with a sex ratio of 1.7/1:M/F or 170/100; In the case of psychomotor development, the abnormal is 80% globally, dividing it by areas we find the percentages in abnormal are: fine and gross motor skills, the percentage of 60% in each of these areas. In language the result is 28%. The present work intends to demonstrate that the Children's Rock Music has influence and can potentiate mental and attitudinal processes such as attention in children from 3 to 4 years of the “Unidad Educativa Madre Gertrudis” of the Canton Cevallos, including in research at 25 Children divided into two grades "A" or study group (13 children) and Grade "B" or control group (12 children); For this, the "CUMANIN" children's neuropsychological maturity questionnaire was used as instrument, strictly adhering to the scale of care, the test was applied at the beginning of the investigation and without influence of the infantile rock music, giving certain percentages of attention and to determine The influence of children's rock music, was applied re-test. After performing the data processing and analysis supported by the SPSS software, we obtain results that show that of all the study population, 11 children, equivalent to 84.61%, increased their percentage of attention and 2 children / As, corresponding to 15.38%, maintained their percentage of attention. Mg.The main objective of this research project was to stimulate the articulatory language of children of 3-4 years old, the Child Development Center "Tiny Toon" from the city of Ambato, by applying a repertoire of Children Music help children to improve the articulation of phonemes for proper communication. The test was used to evaluate the articular language was the ELA- ALBOR, which was very important because through this instrument it was possible to demonstrate what the poor phonemes according to the age of the children and therefore to solve this problem taking the initiative the development of children's music repertoire, which was very positive because the children showed a clear step in the right pronunciation of phonemes.
