Inf. Mg.The present research was conducted with the objective of identifying the relationship between the level of stress and the dimensions of attention in children of the "Gonzalo Escudero" elementary school in the Saquisili canton, province of Cotopaxi. The research is quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional, with a sample of 94 girls and boys between 8 and 11 years of age. In the case of child stress, the Children's Daily Stress Inventory IECI was used to determine the levels of stress in the child, and for attention, the d2 attention test was applied, which shows the dimensions of selective attention in the child. Subsequently, using the SPSS program, Sperman's Rho test was performed, which indicated that there is no correlation between stress levels and the dimensions of attention. This change causes changes in the development and functioning of motor skills, cognitive, social and language; and body systems leading to delays in these areas to varying degrees. The general objective was to establish the benefits of the Benson Schaeffer Method for language development in patients with Down Syndrome. We worked through a clinical case analysis using an anamnesis card, in addition to the clinical history and the interview technique. The results obtained through the Rossetti Child Language Assessment Scale show the low points obtained by the patient, since these indicate a setback of 12 to 15 months, which for the scale is a serious warning sign, the girl in He is currently 2 years 2 months old and is making a great recovery in the area of language. In the other areas the patient is in a normal range. It was evidenced that the Benson Schaffer method of total communication is of great help to potentiate the language area where through the test it was known that the patient has warning signs, the method is new and innovative that can be applied and with the reinforcements and activities, good results can be obtained. Total communication as a language development program also serves to strengthen attention, concentration and memory, making it a complete program for the entire language area. In order to develop a model of community nursing attention model in patients with COVID-19, an analysis of social factors is carried out and the Hanlon Method is applied as a pedagogical/organizational tool, to establish priorities according to their components: problem magnitude, problem severity, problem solving effectiveness and intervention feasibility, finding themselves as relevant problems: community education level, chronic diseases, food, economy, community housing, unbalance and social inequity, establishing community diagnoses such as: ineffective educational instruction, chronic prevalence diseases in the community, economic deficit, food imbalance, deterioration of housing, family process, faced to unbalance and social inequity, with their respective nursing interventions detailed in the research development. For the control of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential to carry out nursing diagnoses and interventions, which allow to increase the community education level for the proper implementation of prophylactic measures.Item “Depresión y su relación con la atención en adultos mayores atendidos en el IESS”(Psicología Clínica, 2018-09-01) Castillo Hidalgo, Luis Alfredo; Ponce Delgado, Águeda del Rocío Dra.
