The instrument used for this was the Denver test, which was applied to children from 0 to 3 months and the interview made to the mothers to know the factors associated with pregnancy. It was observed that 100% of the children who received prenatal stimulation achieved normal psychomotor development. It can be inferred that prenatal stimulation is effective in the improvement of psychomotor development, although different modalities of prenatal stimulation were applied according to the reason for consultation of each mother. However, it is necessary to carry out comparative studies in which, through homogeneous groups, it is possible to conclude that there are significant differences between children who received prenatal stimulation and those who did not.
