Item El comportamiento afectivo parental y su relación con la autoestima en adolescentes(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2022-09-01) Córdova Zamora, Génesis Carolina; Gaibor González, Ismael Álvaro, Psi.Cl.Mg.The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the dimensions of parental affective behavior with the level of self-esteem in adolescents of the General Unified High School of the "Leonardo Murialdo" Educational Unit of the province of Tungurahua. This is a descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional research, we worked with a population sample of 104 adolescents between 12 and 18 years old, two psychological reagents were applied: Behavioral Affect Rating Scale (BARS), and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (EAR), the data analysis was carried out with the statistical program (SPSS) using Spearman's Rho correlation test, which determined that there is a relationship between the affection dimension and self-esteem (Rho= 0.356 p<0.05) while with the hostility dimension there is no relationship with self-esteem (Rho= 0.068 p>0.05). With respect to the dimensions of affective behavior, it was found that in the dimension of affection, the high level predominated with the highest level of affection. The high level of affection predominated with 51.0%, while in the dimension of hostility the medium level of affection stood out with 61.5%. Regarding the levels of self-esteem, it was found that high self-esteem prevailed with 39.4%, and with respect to gender, it is reflected that there are no statistically significant differences between self-esteem and gender. It was concluded that parental affection could be associated with self-esteem in adolescents.Item Estimulación Temprana parental para el desarrollo socio cognitivo de los niños de 0 a 2 años(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de posgrados, 2021-09-01) Mayorga Jarrin, Betzi Alexandra Lcda.; Valladares López, Victoria Elisa Lcda. MgThe topic: Parental early stimulation for the cognitive socio-development of children ages 0 to 2 has the following research problem; How is Parental Early Stimulation related to the cognitive socio-development of children ages 0 to 2? Determining the practices of parental early stimulation and its relationship to the cognitive socio-development of children aged 0 to 2 years, for the development of an educational guide for parental early stimulation, worked on four specific objectives, identifying the practices of parental early stimulation, describing children's cognitive socio-development, establishing the relationship between parental early stimulation knowledge and child's socio-cognitive development level, and developing an educational parental stimulation guide for children from 0 to 2 years old, relied on bibliographic sources from both the internet and physical books, to gather information from recognized authors on parental early stimulation and socio cognitive development of children, prospective intervention design, quasi-experimental, was used to estimate the relationship of variables under study , 2 tests were used, the EDI or social development test and the NCFAS-R test to assess parentality stimulation in children aged 0 to 2 years, the results were helpful in establishing the usefulness of the Educational Guide on Parental Early Stimulation to promote cognitive partner development, the main conclusion was that, cognitive socio-development is age-related and social interrelationship , using the EDI Test, it was found that high percentage of children had normal development, a small percentage delay in their retention and interaction care functions, and a lower percentage is called the at-risk group.Item Estilos Parentales y su Influencia en el Autoconcepto en Adolescentes de los quintos cursos del colegio María Natalia Vaca de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Psicología Clínica, 2016-09-01) Rojas Torres, Carmen Lorena; . Ponce Delgado, Águeda del Rocío DraThis research is aimed at analyzing whether or relationship between parental and styles self-concept in adolescence, for which assessments have been conducted to 115 adolescents of the Colegio María Natalia Vaca city of Ambato, in order to measure the perception of adolescents regarding the parenting style that is used by parents aging process, and determine the existence of relationship between parental and styles self-concept, this being an aspect of vital importance in the evolutionary development of the human being, for purpose of this research contextualization of the problem at the level of Europe, Latin America and Ecuador was deemed appropriate to place in order to adequately study, after analyzing the information through the SPSS statistical program. 20 which allow obtaining accurate statistical Square Chi could conclude that if parenting styles influence self-concept, especially the authoritarian and permissive style that generates medium and low levels of self-concept.Item La Percepción de los Estilos Parentales y su Influencia en la Expresión de la 1ra como Estado- Rasgo en Adolescentes de entre 16-17 años del Colegio Nacional Bolívar de la Ciudad de Ambato durante el Periodo Académico 2015-2016(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Psicología Clínica, 2016-06-01) Muñoz Loja, José Pablo; Añazco Lalama, Ángel Santiago Dr.MScParental styles-have their origin at the end of the 1960s and early 70s, it was Diana Baumrind who in his graduate studies «Child Care Practices Anteceding Three Patterns of Preschool Behavior» determined the effects that had different types of parents in the upbringing of infants, Baumrind observed in this study three groups of children the first was classed as the suspicious and unhappy, how self-sufficient and happy second and finally the immature and dependent likewise established, thanks to its observations that each group had a behavioral pattern with respect to the parents, the first parents characterized as drivers and little affectionate, secondly the parents were demanding but communicative and third parents were affectionate but not setting limits. Under these observations Baumrind established three styles parental breeding very distinct which are: authoritarian, democratic and permissive. In this way has been able to classify and determine parental patterns that essentially influence the overall development of children and adolescents mainly. The approach under which this work was realized was quantitative and qualitative, in the first instance with the modality of bibliographical documentary investigation and in the second instance with the modality of field investigation, with the principal aim relating to the check of the respective variables for his validation.Item Estilos Parentales e Inteligencia Emocional en los Adolescentes de la Unidad Educativa González Suárez del Cantón Ambato de la Provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Psicología Clínica, 2016-06-01) Chaquinga Medina, Galo Santiago; Abril Lucero, Gabriela Lorena Ps. MgThis research was specifically based on study parental and styles development of Emotional Intelligence in the teenager of an educational institution of the city of Ambato, province of Tungurahua, the sample consisted of 286 adolescents who understood the ages of 15 and 18 years who were assessed using psychological reagents, on the one hand the scale of Baumrind which evaluated parenting styles was used subsequently administered the emotional Inventory Bar-on IC: NA which evaluated the emotional quotient of teenagers. Once the evaluation found that parenting styles if they influence the development of emotional intelligence in adolescents. On the other hand it was determined that the style is mostly teenagers perceive the authoritative which is characterized by parents try to steer the actions and behaviors of their children rationally providing security to meet its obligations. Finally it showed that adolescents who successfully developed emotional intelligence perceived an authoritative style, while those who did not develop their emotional intelligence properly perceived negligent style.
