    This research is a study related Management Production Processes and Performance in the company 'Carrocerías Jácome` of Canton Ambato Tungurahua Province. The problem of the company is delays in production time, as not comply with the order of requisition, therefore, the customer is not satisfied for not fulfilling his contract in the estimated delivery time. Thus, there is a cause and ineffective management of production processes and the immediate effect is the low profitability in the company 'Carrocerías Jácome`. In this research, once made the respective studies, is presented as proposed designing a Model Value Chain, same as, analyzes and provides primary and support throughout your organization, even in the area of production in order to improve profitability. The proposed design of a Model Value Chain through the implementation of this chain the company will establish your respective competitive advantage, as; it is their distinguishing mark in relation to competition, in the same way, seeks to achieve greater customer satisfaction, the essence of the organization, offering better benefits and welfare when you get your final product. Thus, to implement this proposed 'Carrocerías Jácome` company will improve its customer base and improve, will allow you to increase sales and thus their income, so that when this cycle occur and increase profitability economic stability will exist in the company.
