Carrera de Tecnologías de la InformaciónCurrently, both public and private institutions manage a large volume of documents for internal and external communication daily. However, one of the main challenges is the lack of traceability, which hinders the tracking, access, and efficient management of information. For this reason, the objective of this project is to implement a web application using the Angular framework for document management in the Administrative Area of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda. To address this problem, an applied research was carried out to identify the needs of the area and define the functional requirements of the system. The developed solution uses Angular for the creation of the frontend and .NET for the construction of the backend. In addition, the Lean Software Development methodology was applied, which allowed an agile development and incremental deliveries with a focus on quality in each phase. The implementation of the system generated significant improvements in the Cooperative's document management. Among the main results are the reduction of time in administrative processes, the increase in productivity and the guarantee of transparency in document management. Carrera de Software, 2024-08) Amanta Manobanda, Mariela Elizabeth; Fernández Peña, Félix OscarThe structural liquidity risk management process is aimed at calculating and recording daily indicators to ensure that the liquid assets of a financial institution are sufficient to cover the liabilities due on time and in the necessary amounts. This research project focused on its automation for Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Martín. For the development of the system, the agile software development methodology Xtreme Programming (XP) and the Client - Server architecture were used. The system was developed using the C# programming language in conjunction with the .Net framework and SQL Server database server, in accordance with the policies of the entity for which the work was developed. The proposed tool passed the performance tests. Likewise, a value of 80.62 was obtained when measuring its usability level using the SUS instrument, applied to the potential users of the proposed solution. This result corroborates the fulfillment of the user's functional and non-functional requirements. It is concluded that the system for the automation of structural liquidity risk management processes implemented allows the process in question to be satisfactorily managed, avoiding the inconveniences of manual data processing.
