Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2023-02) Barreno Noriega, Andrés Sebastián; Mariño Rivera, Christian JoséThis research project has the purpose of evaluating the ergonomic risks associated with administrative activities in the Tungurahua Sports Federation, because it is a requirement of the institution; It has the purpose of knowing the level of exposure that workers have to the aforementioned risks. Relevant information is obtained from each position, together with the acts and disergonomic conditions present in the normal development of work activities, through the application of information collection sheets and the application of the survey to the workers of the institution; the initial level is estimated through the analysis of the risks linked to the activities carried out in the jobs, through the use of the Colombian matrix GTC 45; where the most relevant risks are obtained, such as forced sitting posture and repetitive movements; Later, the specific evaluation methodology is applied to the activities that have a higher level of risk through the use of the RULA, JSI and NIOSH method directed at the organization; Relevant data is collected indicating that there are levels of ergonomic risk in all jobs, with 50% regarding forced sitting posture and 40% third-level risk concerning repetitive movements; for which solution proposals are established; such as the manual for active breaks and work gymnastics, general recommendation sheets and the redesign of the job position framed in the necessary adaptation to the person.
