    The current Project encompasses investigation tittles related to the time and movements studies through working mediation. Its main objective is to know the current area of sanding and sealing area at CIAUTO CIA. LTDA., enterprise to assemble a WINGLE 7 pickup truck, so it could help the enterprise to detect time-out existence and bottleneck, which constitute the main area problem of sanding and sealing for the pickup truck assembly model before mentioned. Afterwards, it was realized a line balancing for which it started by identifying each situation which belongs to sanding and sealing area of the painting plant. It recognized five stations which are object of study in order to manage workforce and accomplish the daily production of fifteen units. To time mediation, it executed normal and standard time calculation of each one of the operators who work in the project study area with the purpose of identify which is the station that requires a task reassignment and achieve a workload balance. Since at the beginning of the project it was identified that the current workload didn’t have a balance. So, operators’ time in the same station varied a lot as it happened at sanding and sealing stations whose production capacity was fifteen and fourteen units respectively. However, by reassigning the activities among the two stations, it started to increase units’ production to sixteen units at sanding station and seventeen units at sealing station, so it could accomplish satisfactorily a daily production of fifteen units and adjust operators’ time the closest to Tack Time. Once obtained the current situation calculation and improvement proposal, FlexSim tool was used to evaluate and know the project study effectively. Finally, obtained results are presented along the development at the current investigation project.
