    The present research project is aimed at workers in charge of the poultry sheds of the poultry company "Gutmalgranjalapaz Cia Ltda", because they do not have proper knowledge of the risks to which they are exposed in their workday and the company does not apply corrective measures due to lack of knowledge, the staff is prone to suffer from occupational diseases of the type Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD) due to ergonomic risk by physical load The purpose of this research is to evaluate with ergonomic evaluation methods to determine the level of risk that is present in each of the ergonomic risks to which workers are exposed and with the results obtained to develop a proposed solution according to the importance of risk management Through the GTC-45 risk matrix the latent risks in the company were identified, which shows that with 67.78% the ergonomic risks are the most common, having an acceptance level of NOT ACCEPTABLE. The method applied for repetitive movements Check List OCRA in the egg collection area resulted in a HIGH UNACCEPTABLE The method applied for repetitive movements Check List OCRA in the egg collection activity in the casing area gives as a result that the activity presents a HIGH UNACCEPTABLE risk level in the GINSHT evaluation for manual lifting of load obtained that, the first three workers have a TOLERABLE risk level due to their experience while the other workers have a NOT TOLERABLE nsk level, and finally the Snook and Ciriello evaluation method applied for load pushing gives as a result that the lifting index is MODERATE but due to its high value there is a risk of injury to the workers. The data obtained from the evaluations carried out show that workers are prone to suffer occupational diseases or MSDs. In order to protect the health of workers, solutions are proposed according to the importance of risk management, which involve the source, the environment and the individual, as well as administrative controls and signaling
