    E-commerce in Ecuador has experienced a remarkable increase in recent years, driven by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are still challenges to overcome, such as the lack of consumer trust in the security of online shopping or the scarce logistics infrastructure for managing shipments. Despite these challenges, the future of e commerce in Ecuador is promising thanks to the increased penetration of the internet and the improvement of payment infrastructure. The main objective of this research project is to contribute to the commercial department of MercantilMakamba Cia. Ltda. by implementing an E-commerce mobile application that aims to increase the company's sales and streamline the commercial process and communication with customers. To achieve the objectives set out in the project, several tools will be used to develop a fast, secure, and user-friendly mobile application. Tools such as the Flutter development environment for developing the frontend, Node.js for developing the backend, MySQL as the main database engine, and Firebase for storing multimedia files used by the application. Thanks to the efficient use of the aforementioned tools, an application focused on the customer and user, efficient, scalable, secure, and intuitive has been developed.

    Currently, the purchase - sale of products through web and mobile applications has had a very large impact on society, since it is known as e-commerce or electronic commerce has had a great boom, especially due to the health emergency that crosses the world due to COVID-19, for this reason it has now become essential to use this type of tools, to maintain communication between the customer and the seller, each one making sure to prevent crowds and respect all biosafety protocols for the welfare of society. It is for the aforementioned that this project has been developed in order to collaborate with the improvement of the process of buying and selling essential products in the Minimarket "Paty", in order to automate certain processes, which will help to optimize various resources within the administration, which allows ordering through a mobile application, maintaining contact with a web application that will be in charge of the administrative part of the business. The web application has been developed using the Angular framework, while the mobile application has used the Ionic framework, both using TypeScript as the programming language. The services have been developed in Node.Js using the Express framework and with a connection to the database designed in MySQL. On the other hand, and one of the most important is the communication bridge between the two applications in real time that has been established through the socket.io library, which allows maintaining contact through http calls.

    Desarrollo de una aplicación móvil híbrida e-commerce para la gestión de ventas de la empresa Calzado Anabel

    El presente trabajo de investigación está basado en solventar en parte la gestión de ventas, la administración de inventario, existencias y costos de los productos, debido a que la mayor parte de pequeñas y medianas empresas no tienen medios o no son eficientes para promocionar sus productos. El presente proyecto está enfocado al mercado del calzado. Debido al auge que han tenido los teléfonos inteligentes, por tanto, muchas aplicaciones para diferente ámbito se han venido desarrollando. Además, la tecnología avanza en cada sector, es por eso por lo que el proyecto de investigación se enfoca en los dispositivos móviles. Al ser desarrollado con Ionic se tratará de un desarrollo multiplataforma, sin embargo, para el presente proyecto se trabajará con la plataforma de Android. La aplicación se enfoca en promocionar los productos de la empresa para que los clientes mayoristas y los consumidores finales puedan adquirirlos a través de esta. Se añadió el método de pago PayPal con cuentas de desarrollador, de esta manera se puedo realizar simulaciones de pago. El presente proyecto se realizó como el Framework de Ionic en su versión 4, mismo que utiliza Typescript como lenguaje de programación. A través de la metodología Extreme Programming ayudo a llevar tiempos cortos de entrega continua del producto y la satisfacción del cliente. Además, se utilizó un servicio como Backend como lo es Firebase, misma que ayuda la sincronización de los datos en tiempo real. Adicionalmente, la aplicación se encuentra publicada en la Play Store y en el Hosting Firebase. ABSTRACT This research work is based on partly costing sales management, because most small and medium-sized enterprises(Pymes) do not have the means to promote their products and thus expand in the specific market of each. Due to the boom that smartphones have had, therefore, many applications for different fields have been developing. In addition, technology advances in each sector, which is why the research project focuses on mobile devices. Being developed with Ionic will be a cross-platform development, however, for this project will work with the Android platform. The app focuses on promoting the company's products so that wholesale customers and end consumers can purchase them through it. Added payment methods as is PayPal with developer accounts, this way you can perform payment simulations. This project was realized as the Ionic Framework in version 4, which uses Angular 7 as the programming language. Through the Extreme Programming methodology to bring short times of continuous product delivery and customer satisfaction. In addition, a service such as Backend was used, such as Firebase, which helps synchronize data.
