Item Sistema web y móvil para la sistematización de la gestión administrativa y de asambleas del conjunto habitacional “El Portal de la Viña”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Software, 2024-08) Tigselema Pacheco, Alex Ignacio; Torres Valverde, Leonardo DavidThe “El Portal de la Viña” housing complex consists of 303 residences, which makes it difficult for the board of directors to control the administrative processes, giving rise to challenges in the management of parking spaces, calls, and in treasury, since these processes are carried out manually. This project implements a web management system along with a mobile application to systematize the administrative and financial processes of the housing complex. In addition, geolocation is used as a mechanism to verify attendance and voting at assemblies. To do this, the Haversine formula is used to accurately calculate the distance between the resident’s location and the assembly point, thus ensuring that only those present can participate in the votes. The housing complex management system includes modules for the administration of owners, residences, payments, calls, guardianship, and parking. Modern technologies such as Angular and Ionic frameworks were used for the web and mobile client, respectively. For the development of the application programming interface (API), the Spring Boot framework was used along with PostgreSQL as a database manager. The validation of the implemented system was carried out by applying the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the residents of the housing complex, resulting in a positive acceptance of the proposed system. Ltda. Company. To achieve this, a mobile application was implemented using the Ionic Framework, allowing various sales advisors to access detailed information on budgets, bonuses, commissions, the number of sales made per product, and the creation of new clients. The project began with a detailed analysis of the sales budget planning processes, identifying the process followed from the preparation of the sales forecast to the monitoring and evaluation of the budget. This analysis provided a clear and precise vision of the process followed for sales budget planning, which was fundamental for the correct and accurate development of the mobile application. The Ionic Framework was used for the implementation of the mobile application, leveraging its capability to develop efficient mobile applications and create user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, Mobile-D, an agile methodology specifically designed for mobile application development, was employed, facilitating rapid interaction and continuous delivery of the developed application. The use of an agile methodology combined with a Framework like Ionic allowed for rapid and cost-effective development, offering a robust solution that meets the specific needs of Rectima Industry Cia. Ltda. Company. The resulting mobile application streamlined the sales budget management process, ensuring greater operational efficiency and improving the responsiveness of the sales team. The mobile devices or smartphone, through the time has been moving to devices like desktop computers or laptops, because they have similar featuring, and their moving on and manipulation is easier. In this research is collected the needs and requirements of those food dispenses business, which don’t have the enough digital platforms positioning, due to the additional cost of the maintenance of their sites in those platforms, together with marketing mobile techniques were provided them a tool where they can publish their food offer, business important information as well as promotions or products in order to reach a lot of target groups. Mobile – D methodologic is the most appropriate for mobile application development since, being divided into 5 phases, it helps to define functionalities, requirements, and the environment, all development phase, and unit testing with the stakeholders, that’s why project development has been making following these methodologic rules. This research project is aimed at developing applications for mobile devices, focused on monitoring, real-time geolocation, and control of requests and order deliveries for the company "Motoencomiendas el Flaco" in the city of Latacunga, because They do not have the computer platform that allows them to provide a better service to their customers. The project consists of three applications: one for the client requesting the order, in which it can be tracked, another application for the person in charge of delivering the order, called Motorized; and the last one for the administrator of the company, who is in charge of accepting or rejecting an order, and later assigning it to a motorized vehicle that is available. The application was developed with Ionic version 6, using the Angular framework that uses the Typescript programming language and implementing Capacitor to handle the native features of the mobile device. The development methodology used for the project was XP (Xtreme Programming), which emphasizes the technical aspects of software development and allows managing delivery times and end-user satisfaction. For this reason, they have become necessary and indispensable tools for the daily or business life of a person This research project details the development of a multiplatform mobile application to manage motorized agents based on orders, as well as availability and location through geolocation, as well as allowing notifications to be displayed after each process, with the objective to improve the service offered by the Gabitos Express Parcel Company. The project is developed using the XP Methodology, suitable for the development of small projects of short duration, and its development environment with Ionic technology in its version 5, as well as Angular for the client side, Capacitor was used to access native Android and iOS functions, on the other hand, Firebase technology was used on the server side; providing extra services such as Firestore Database used as a NoSql database, Storage as a storage service and its hosting for the deployment of a PWA application. It is for the aforementioned that this project has been developed in order to collaborate with the improvement of the process of buying and selling essential products in the Minimarket "Paty", in order to automate certain processes, which will help to optimize various resources within the administration, which allows ordering through a mobile application, maintaining contact with a web application that will be in charge of the administrative part of the business. The web application has been developed using the Angular framework, while the mobile application has used the Ionic framework, both using TypeScript as the programming language. The services have been developed in Node.Js using the Express framework and with a connection to the database designed in MySQL. This research project has a projection to the development of hybrid applications that allows us to use them by adapting the web view to the view of a mobile device. In this research project, the perspective is the development of a mobile application focused on optimizing the service of sending and delivery of parcels by the company ESFLOSERV CIA. LTDA in view of the desire to update or improve this service by converting its traditional methodology into modern and excelring from other companies dedicated to similar services. The development of the mobile application using IONIC allows the saving of resources and the implementation of programming languages such as TypeScript with ergonomics taking advantage of safely and efficiently resources in order to provide a multiplatform mobile application for the management and control of deliveries of the porters that fully meet the requirements of the company The methodology selected for the realization of this work will be Xtreme Programming or also known as XP due to its high acceptance and performing excellently in the development work, in addition to being a methodology that has a communication between users and the development group of the application giving the necessary support.
