Currently, it operates with a system that presents multiple limitations, hindering both business growth and the optimization of various internal and external processes. Additionally, the system prevents the automation of several tasks that must be performed manually. This project develops an initial phase of a new Cloud ERP system, incorporating management, inventory, sales, and billing modules. It leverages modern technologies that enable the integration of various cloud services, reducing processing times, improving the user interface, expanding functionalities, and allowing for the long-term implementation of additional services that will contribute to the company’s growth. The Cloud ERP system includes enhancements to existing features and introduces new functionalities aimed at reducing work time in areas such as inventory management, customer management, product management, sales management, and user management. The development of this web application was carried out using the Next.js framework, which integrates both the front-end and back-end of the application. For deployment, Vercel was used, while MongoDB was chosen as the database management system. Additionally, other technologies, such as AWS for electronic signature storage, were implemented. The validation of requirements was conducted through testing in a controlled environment, yielding positive acceptance and a reduction in operational process times. Browsing multiple websites to compare options has become a complex and overwhelming process. This can lead to hasty decisions or the purchase of products that do not meet expectations, and even, in many cases, to the final abandonment of the purchase. The technology product recommendation system offers functionalities such as product visualization, generation of recommendations, visualization of product details and the option to add products to a list of favorites. For the development of the progressive web application (PWA) and its graphical interfaces, React.js was used. In addition, the Flask framework was used to implement the REST API services, while MongoDB was used as the database manager, ensuring efficient and structured information management. The results obtained from the evaluation of the recommendation system were positive. There was a notable decrease in the time required to search and make purchasing decisions. These results validate the effectiveness of the system in optimizing purchasing decisions.Item Sistema web y móvil para la sistematización de la gestión administrativa y de asambleas del conjunto habitacional “El Portal de la Viña”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Software, 2024-08) Tigselema Pacheco, Alex Ignacio; Torres Valverde, Leonardo DavidThe “El Portal de la Viña” housing complex consists of 303 residences, which makes it difficult for the board of directors to control the administrative processes, giving rise to challenges in the management of parking spaces, calls, and in treasury, since these processes are carried out manually. This project implements a web management system along with a mobile application to systematize the administrative and financial processes of the housing complex. In addition, geolocation is used as a mechanism to verify attendance and voting at assemblies. To do this, the Haversine formula is used to accurately calculate the distance between the resident’s location and the assembly point, thus ensuring that only those present can participate in the votes. The housing complex management system includes modules for the administration of owners, residences, payments, calls, guardianship, and parking. Modern technologies such as Angular and Ionic frameworks were used for the web and mobile client, respectively. For the development of the application programming interface (API), the Spring Boot framework was used along with PostgreSQL as a database manager. The validation of the implemented system was carried out by applying the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the residents of the housing complex, resulting in a positive acceptance of the proposed system. The objective of this research project is to design a mobile application for contacting and hiring lawyers within the city of Ambato through the use of agile Mobile – D technology focused on the functionality of the applications based on documentation and direct interaction. with the client. In addition, the open source MYSQL database, easy to understand for the user, adapted to their needs, was used to store the information. And, for data collection, two instruments were applied (interview and survey) aimed at professionals within the city of Ambato in order to know the need to be hired by citizens. This research project focuses on improving the management of urban infrastructure maintenance in Ambato through the implementation of a mobile application with geolocation for citizen damage reporting, developed with the Flutter framework. The Mobile-D methodology, adopted in this project, has facilitated the efficient development of the application, allowing the creation of a highly effective tool. The choice of the Flutter framework has been key to ensure a smooth user experience and efficient implementation. The mobile application will enable citizens to efficiently and accurately report damage to urban infrastructure, speeding up the identification and resolution of problems by local authorities. This comprehensive approach will significantly improve maintenance management, ensuring an infrastructure in optimal condition for a safer and more liveable city. The careful determination of the development tools ensures a user-friendly application, simplifying the damage reporting process for citizens. The Mobile-D methodology has enabled the project requirements to be met in a timely manner, ensuring a successful implementation. In summary, this project proposes the implementation of a mobile application for citizen damage reporting in Ambato, supported by the Mobile-D methodology and developed with the Flutter framework. This combination ensures efficiency in maintenance management, contributing significantly to a safer and more pleasant city. However, this process has become complicated due to the decentralization of information by landlords. A diversity of means of dissemination has been observed, such as posters, social networks, and posters on poles and walls. This dispersion of information makes it difficult to gather and access information efficiently. The objective of this project is the development of a multiplatform mobile application aimed at the student community. Its purpose is to provide precise and updated information about the lodging options available in the surroundings of the Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Campus Huachi. In addition, it aims to optimize and streamline the diffusion of available rentals in this geographic area. The mobile application was developed using Flutter, taking advantage of its efficiency as a multiplatform technology based on the Dart programming language. In the backend development process. Firebase was used to host and manage the database, as well as for user authentication and to facilitate the sending of notifications related to university leases. In addition, the methodology used was Mobile-D. which has allowed to achieve an agile and efficient development through periodic deliveries of functionalities. This has led to take into consideration the importance of adequately controlling and monitoring each of the computer equipment’s, in order to provide the best benefits for the organization. For this reason, the present research project aims to implement a client-server system using SNMP protocol, to improve the process of communication, updating, visualization, monitoring and search with each of the previously installed agents in the computer equipment of the Ambacar Ltda. company, by using a web server. For this purpose, each of the components that are part of SNMP management were developed, ASN.1 was used for the development of the managed information base (MIB), to store the required control information, and C# for client development, which runs in the background on each of the computer equipment, to adequately receive and respond to each of the requests sent by the server. Pharmaceutical companies are no exception, since most of them control computer systems that avoid the manual control of business processes and the product inventory can be handled accurately and quickly. This project aims to design a web system for the pharmacy Farmared’s 257, this pharmaceutical company currently manages a manual control of the process of buying and selling of goods. This allows us to take advantage of current technological tools providing greater security in the Information Handling and Storage. In addition, the implementation of the web system allowed the optimization of several resources within the business, such as the process of inventorying products, the meticulous purchases and sales control, customer registration, suppliers and laboratories, avoiding economic losses due to possible unintentional errors in getting the money back. The web system was made with the combination of two frameworks. Laravel version 8 for the back-end and Vue. js version 3 for the front-end of the system. In addition, the MySQL database engine was used and the application was later deployed on a Digital Ocean virtual server under the domain farmareds257. com. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was applied for the realization of the system in order to have control over the activities to be carried out through the elaboration of user stories. Rosa in the city of Ambato. Citizens are the most affected because it is difficult for them to carry out their daily activities normally since they, their relatives or their material goods are always in danger. Currently, many solutions are being given to different problems through the implementation of systems or apps. A clear example is the rise of applications for mobile devices that are within reach of many users simplifying their tasks and resources such as time and money. In this sense, it is opportune to implement a mobile application type panic button like the one used by the police, focused mainly on the neighbors of the neighborhoods so that they can alert among the neighborhood community any situation of risk or emergency. The purpose of this project is to support the neighborhoods of The Parish of St. Rose so that they can be prepared and prevented from the increase in crime. Therefore, these must be organized, collaborative and participatory, so that they can provide help to the citizen in danger and thus give a warning message to criminals. During the analysis and development of the technologies for the implementation of the application, comparisons were made with the aim of determining the free and free tools that help obtain quality software and avoid incurring expenses for those who will use the application. The most important tools that were used during the development were Ionic and Angular for the Frontend, Node.js and MongoDB for the Backend, the agile Mobile-D development methodology was also used since it easily adapts to this type of projects that do not require many modules or a lot of time for their implementation.
