The present work was carried out in order to propose new lines of approach in relation to the activity of the Industrial engineer, so that the CANVAS methodology has been used as a business model to import textile machinery and raw materials from other countries. The largest machinery manufacturer is China. for which we worked with this country as the main supplier of inputs and machinery, obtaining as results a great variety of current machines, technological equipment, process automation and in relation to the cost benefit was obtained as answer, that importing machinery generates a saving of approximately 40% of the value that it would cost to buy from national distributors. The work was carried out following the following methodology, in the information gathering phase we obtained all the characteristics of the machines used in the manufacture of jeans garments, as a second step the search for new current and improved machinery was carried out., speaking directly with Chinese suppliers that specialize in the distribution and manufacture of industrial textile machinery. Once the proformas of the factories in China were obtained. the cost analysis and the feasibility of the proposal were carried out. obtaining a great benefit since it can open new business doors such as the activity of buying and selling accessories and fabric for the manufacture of jeans garments, all this accompanied by good logistics by the company DAZZ CARGO who will be in charge of the entire process of shipment and nationalization of the merchandise. Lastly, the 9 blocks of the CANVAS methodology are integrated so that the company CONFECCIONES RAM JEANS can focus its business on the new style of commercial activity
