    Software multiplataforma para optimizar la gestión de viáticos en la Empresa Eléctrica Provincial de Cotopaxi S.A.

    The Empresa Eléctrica Provincial de Cotopaxi S.A. faces significant challenges in per diem management due to manual and error-prone processes, which affects both operational efficiency and transparency in the management of resources allocated to employees for travel and activities outside the workplace. This project proposes the development and implementation of a multiplatform software that optimizes the company’s travel expense management. The solution aims to automate and streamline the process of request, approval, registration and payment of travel expenses, improving coordination between the different areas involved, such as operations and finance. The software was developed following the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which allowed an agile and flexible delivery of the product, facilitating adjustments and improvements in response to the company’s changing requirements. The system includes an intuitive and modern user interface, accessible from mobile devices and web platform, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly user experience. The software includes the implementation of APIs for real-time data verification, such as the validation of electronic invoices through the SRI (Internal Revenue Service) APIs. Standard and modern technologies will be used to ensure the scalability, security and performance of the system. Finally, the implementation of the developed software constitutes a comprehensive solution to address the existing limitations in the per diem management of Empresa Eléctrica Provincial de Cotopaxi S.A. By automating the request, approval, registration and payment processes, the system allows a reduction in processing times and improves the overall efficiency of the workflow.

    Aplicación multiplataforma utilizando Flutter para el control de registro de leche como materia prima para la producción de lácteos en la microempresa El Toril ubicada, en San Carlos del cantón Mocha de la provincia de Tungurahua.

    During an evaluation carried out at the micro-enterprise "EL TORIL", opportunities were identified to improve the processes of milk collection, registration, and control as a raw material. The detailed analysis highlighted the need for optimization in the management of this key resource for dairy production. It was suggested that the implementation of technological tools, such as a mobile and web application, could be beneficial for the improvement and supervision of these processes. The research was carried out on the Flutter Framework, its usefulness in developing multiplatform mobile applications demonstrated that it is a modern and efficient platform for mobile application development. In addition, it allows the development of applications that run natively on Android, iOS, Web and other devices. Data collection was carried out through surveys and interviews, providing valuable information for creating the application according to the specifications and expectations of the micro-enterprise "El Toril." The Mobile-D methodology provides an effective tool for mobile application development. The methodology is based on dividing the project into iterations, with functional deliveries in the development process. This allows for the monitoring and control of tasks, as well as efficient project management. The final result was the development of a mobile and web application for controlling the milk registration as a raw material for dairy production "EL TORIL", serving as a modern tool adapted to the specifications and needs. This project contributes to improving the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the micro-enterprise.

    Currently, the development of multiplatform mobile applications is important to streamline the processes of companies regardless of the processes to which they are dedicated, since it facilitates tasks, generates efficiency and profitability in costs and time through a unique experience in the end user. The objective of this research project is to design a mobile application for contacting and hiring lawyers within the city of Ambato through the use of agile Mobile – D technology focused on the functionality of the applications based on documentation and direct interaction. with the client. In addition, the open source MYSQL database, easy to understand for the user, adapted to their needs, was used to store the information. And, for data collection, two instruments were applied (interview and survey) aimed at professionals within the city of Ambato in order to know the need to be hired by citizens. In this way, it was possible to develop the multiplatform mobile application for the process of contacting and hiring lawyers with a user-friendly infrastructure.

    Aplicación móvil multiplataforma aplicando Flutter para asignación de espacios de parqueo en la ciudad de Ambato

    Through a focused research based on the issues by public parking lots users while searching for parking spaces, we found deficiencies in the availability of real-time information and the process of quick reservations. This study is focused on the development of a mobile application that is multiplatform which was created under the Mobile-D methodology. The goal is to provide quick response to the changes with flexibility by using Flutter, NodeJS, and MongoDB. With Flutter as a Framework for the cross-platform development, we created a user interface that easy to navigate and compatible with iOS and Android devices. The efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Flutter were highlighted, reducing development costs and time. The purpose of this research was to facilitate parking space allocation in Ambato city. The developed mobile application provides up-to-date data on real-time space availability and allows for instant reservations, successfully achieving the overall objective of the research a mobile application utilizing cutting-edge technologies and frameworks for parking space allocation in Ambato city.

    Nowadays the use of delivery applications has become a very common trend in different businesses such as restaurants, pharmacies, others; and even more, its growth is due to the health emergency and the social distancing currently experienced by the COVID-19 pandemic. That is why mobile applications to make shipments between different points have become the key for many businesses to continue with their sales. The present research project has as its vision the development of multiplatform mobile applications. Focused on customers service from the comfort of their home through the visualization of supermarkets that are around their, for the purchase of essential products and in this way facilitate the management of sales by the owners of these business. The methodology used for the project was SCRUM-XP, which allowed the deliverables to be carried out in short periods of time on the user stories and their respective tasks; where the iterations made it easier to develop the project in a more orderly manner according to what was established in each module. In addition, Node.js and Express which are open-source libraries were worked on so that the Back-end programming is clean and understandable. The business model implemented in the research project allowed the processes that each user executes depending on their role to be fulfilled according to the established requirements, from the general reception of orders by the business owner to the delivery of this in the address established by the client.
