This study addresses the design and implementation of a Help Desk system based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to optimize service management withinthe administrative area of Gala Importaciones Cía. Ltda. The main objective was to develop a technological solution capable of centralizing, automating, and streamlining processes related to the management of requests and administrative tasks. During the project's development, agile methodology is applied RAD, facilitating iterative implementation and quick adaptation to the specific requirements of the company. The research identified the key processes within the administrative area and successfully integrated them into a platform that improves the traceability, organization, and analysis of operations. The results demonstrate that the Help Desk system significantly contributed to optimizing response times, improving service quality, and centralizing relevant information, thereby increasing the company's operational efficiency. It is essential to strengthen the system by integrating it with other enterprise tools, enhancing security measures, and ensuring ongoing staff training to maximize the system's potential. The purpose of this research work is to develop a web page for the Divulga Ciencia DIDE program of the Research and Development Directorate of the Technical University of Ambato, which allows managing and disseminating the scientific programs that are managed within the program, implementing a functional and adaptable CMS such as Joomla, developing great visual impact and dynamism in browsing through different portals. In Ecuador, pasteurizers have many processes for their business rules, which is why they must manage computer systems that help to maintain and optimize daily production and inventory control records. The research project aims to implement a web system for inventory and production control in the Pasteurizadora J.S. of Salcedo city, because they currently have manual and semi-automatic records (Excel), for this reason through technological tools seeks to cover the essential requirements of the business rule, thus allowing automate and streamline efficiently production processes such as: Suppliers, Raw Material Registration, Supplier Payment Calculations, Production Registration, Production Expenses, Product Stock, Sales and Routing Expenses, thus helping to reduce calculation errors and have clear records of internal business movements. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used to maintain adequate control for the development of activities, establishing times and organization through user stories for each functional module of the system. The Energy and Air Conditioning department of CNT E.P. Cotopaxi Agency performs maintenance processes to the equipment registered in the different locations in the province of Cotopaxi. For this action, work orders are created, which are generated through an external system where only the date of the maintenance is recorded. Once the maintenance is performed, the reports for each piece of equipment are prepared and submitted to the technical manager. The main drawback is in the process of recording maintenance data, since for each work order performed, the technical staff must enter the data in an Excel spreadsheet, deleting the data from the previous work order performed. This is a problem since during the day, there are many work orders to be completed and, therefore, it affects the time to complete the planned activities. For this reason, this research work proposes the development of a web system for the automation of these processes. Based on the requirements obtained through observation and interview in the department of Energy and Air Conditioning Cotopaxi Agency, it was determined to develop the project in PHP language using the software architecture pattern MVC (Model-View-Controller), Object Oriented Programming and the use of the PostgreSQL database for storage and management of information. When speaking about E-Commerce, these integrations are more relevant and have a higher importance in recent times, promoted directly by the need to generate commercial relationships that save time, as well as avoiding direct contact between marketer and client, due to the current pandemic situation facing society. This research project has been developed to provide a multiplatform integration route, which contemplates the synchronization of products and additional content between the ERP "Factura en Linea" and the WordPress platform, through the use of service technology. Una institución educativa se caracteriza por la eficiencia y eficacia de sus servicios, las expectativas de los usuarios con respecto a estas entidades son exigentes por lo tanto la prestación de servicios es un ámbito importante que hay que considerar sea efectivo constantemente.
