    Technological advancements play a crucial role in business operations; through the use of information systems, companies enhance the control of their core activities. This study addresses the design and implementation of a Help Desk system based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to optimize service management withinthe administrative area of Gala Importaciones Cía. Ltda. The main objective was to develop a technological solution capable of centralizing, automating, and streamlining processes related to the management of requests and administrative tasks. During the project's development, agile methodology is applied RAD, facilitating iterative implementation and quick adaptation to the specific requirements of the company. The research identified the key processes within the administrative area and successfully integrated them into a platform that improves the traceability, organization, and analysis of operations. The results demonstrate that the Help Desk system significantly contributed to optimizing response times, improving service quality, and centralizing relevant information, thereby increasing the company's operational efficiency. It is essential to strengthen the system by integrating it with other enterprise tools, enhancing security measures, and ensuring ongoing staff training to maximize the system's potential. This project represents a technological advancement that addresses Gala Importaciones' organizational needs and lays the groundwork for future improvements in business management.

    At present, the use of web pages has become popular and extended as a necessary tool for daily use in everyday life, whether for educational or work purposes, which has made it possible to maximize the use of time and execution of all kinds of tasks, being very useful for the end user and allowing access from all types of mobile and desktop devices. In view of the boom in research and the demand for a proactive, responsible and usable medium to disseminate said knowledge, the need for an adaptable digital medium that allows meeting this objective arises, for which a web page is the appropriate. accessible medium that adds enriched value to scientific material. The purpose of this research work is to develop a web page for the Divulga Ciencia DIDE program of the Research and Development Directorate of the Technical University of Ambato, which allows managing and disseminating the scientific programs that are managed within the program, implementing a functional and adaptable CMS such as Joomla, developing great visual impact and dynamism in browsing through different portals. For the development of the event registration module. PHP was changed. a powerful open-source programming language on the server side that enhances the activities and streamlines the processes required within the platform, which gives high usability to the tool, adding functionality with JavaScript and better visualization of the content with CSS, which are powerful tools within web development.

    The use of technology has changed over the years and has become involved in the business environment, because it helps to maintain good organization and streamlines internal processes, saving time and reducing costs. In Ecuador, pasteurizers have many processes for their business rules, which is why they must manage computer systems that help to maintain and optimize daily production and inventory control records. The research project aims to implement a web system for inventory and production control in the Pasteurizadora J.S. of Salcedo city, because they currently have manual and semi-automatic records (Excel), for this reason through technological tools seeks to cover the essential requirements of the business rule, thus allowing automate and streamline efficiently production processes such as: Suppliers, Raw Material Registration, Supplier Payment Calculations, Production Registration, Production Expenses, Product Stock, Sales and Routing Expenses, thus helping to reduce calculation errors and have clear records of internal business movements. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used to maintain adequate control for the development of activities, establishing times and organization through user stories for each functional module of the system. The web system was developed with MVC architecture because it helps to separate the code in a way that facilitates the maintenance and scalability of the system, also used the technologies of HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript for the front-end and PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor) version 8 for the back-end, the database engine used was MySQL thanks to the compatibility it maintains with PHP, finally the application was implemented in a Hostinger virtual server with the domain pasteurizadorajs.com

    The National Telecommunications Corporation CTN E.P. is a state entity that offers fixed and mobile telephone services, Internet access in the country and Cloud solutions. The Energy and Air Conditioning department of CNT E.P. Cotopaxi Agency performs maintenance processes to the equipment registered in the different locations in the province of Cotopaxi. For this action, work orders are created, which are generated through an external system where only the date of the maintenance is recorded. Once the maintenance is performed, the reports for each piece of equipment are prepared and submitted to the technical manager. The main drawback is in the process of recording maintenance data, since for each work order performed, the technical staff must enter the data in an Excel spreadsheet, deleting the data from the previous work order performed. This is a problem since during the day, there are many work orders to be completed and, therefore, it affects the time to complete the planned activities. For this reason, this research work proposes the development of a web system for the automation of these processes. Based on the requirements obtained through observation and interview in the department of Energy and Air Conditioning Cotopaxi Agency, it was determined to develop the project in PHP language using the software architecture pattern MVC (Model-View-Controller), Object Oriented Programming and the use of the PostgreSQL database for storage and management of information. The XP methodology was used in the development of the project, which allowed at all times of development, an interaction with the end user to be used correctly.

    Based on the current growth and technological evolution with which companies interact with their customers and the generation of marketing channels that these generate in the market, it is possible to show how system integration is increasingly in demand, with the sole purpose to improve process management and make them more efficient. When speaking about E-Commerce, these integrations are more relevant and have a higher importance in recent times, promoted directly by the need to generate commercial relationships that save time, as well as avoiding direct contact between marketer and client, due to the current pandemic situation facing society. This research project has been developed to provide a multiplatform integration route, which contemplates the synchronization of products and additional content between the ERP "Factura en Linea" and the WordPress platform, through the use of service technology. REST API, as the synchronization interface. The project adapts content editing and synchronization functionalities, necessary to maintain an up-to-date commercial catalog on the website. For the project, Extjs 6.0.2 has been used as a framework and the PHP 7.2.31 language as the backend for the distribution of services, modeling, and data treatment, from the Frontend environment to the CMS WordPress 5.4.6 platform through the use of the WooCommerce 4.1.1 and the linked API linked to the plugin.

    El avance tecnológico crece conjuntamente con las necesidades de las organizaciones, esta tecnología hace posible mejorar considerablemente la administración de servicios que prestan las instituciones educativas. Tal es el caso que algunas unidades educativas, como el Colegio Nacional Jorge Álvarez, el mismo cuenta con un sistema automatizado de matriculas, sin embargo esta solución tecnológica no abarca todas las necesidades de la institución. Una institución educativa se caracteriza por la eficiencia y eficacia de sus servicios, las expectativas de los usuarios con respecto a estas entidades son exigentes por lo tanto la prestación de servicios es un ámbito importante que hay que considerar sea efectivo constantemente.
