Abstract
El trabajo sobre la gestión de los servicios deportivos tuvo por objetivo dar a conocer las bondades y beneficios de los lugares deportivos que cuenta la Gad de Pangua y sus servicios que presta a la comunidad en general, mediante la prestación de sitios de diferentes disciplinas deportivas para de esta forma fortalecer el régimen de vida de los ciudadanos, más aún en este tiempo de pandemia que se necesita que el cuerpo tenga un sistema inmunológico fortalecido. Dentro de la metodología utilizada esta que es una investigación cuali-cuantitativa, con niveles exploratorio, descriptivo y correlacional, utilizando la investigación bibliográfica –documental y la de campo para sustentar teóricamente las variables, se empleó el test con el cuestionario de Evaluación de la Calidad Percibida en Servicios Deportivos (CECASDEP), diseñado por (Gálvez, 2011), el cual está constituido por 51 ítems, 5 categorías o subescalas que corresponde a: Ítems del 1 al 10 Instalaciones municipales deportivas; Del 11 al 20 Espacios deportivos; Del 21 al 32 Vestuarios; Del 33 al 41Programa de actividades; Del 42 al 49 Profesor- Monitor. Los resultados obtenidos fueron halagadores porque existe un trabajo que impulsa el mantenimiento y creación de espacios deportivos municipales de calidad. Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron son que la gestión deportiva que realiza la Gad de Pangua depende directamente del presupuesto que se la asigna, que se ha logrado mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos en general

The objective of the work on the management of sports services was to publicize the benefits and benefits of the sports venues that the Gad of Pangua has and its services it provides to the community in general, through the provision of sites of different sports disciplines for in this way, strengthen the life regime of citizens, especially in this time of pandemic that the body needs to have a strengthened immune system. Within the methodology used, this is a quali-quantitative research, with exploratory, descriptive and correlational levels, using bibliographic-documentary research and field research to theoretically support the variables, the test with the Quality Assessment questionnaire was used Perceived in Sports Services (CECASDEP), designed by (Gálvez, 2011), which is made up of 51 items, 5 categories or subscales corresponding to: Items from 1 to 10 Municipal sports facilities; From 11 to 20 Sports spaces; From 21 to 32 changing rooms; From 33 to 41 Program of activities; From 42 to 49 Teacher-Monitor. The results obtained were flattering because there is work that promotes the maintenance and creation of quality municipal sports spaces. The conclusions reached are that the sports management carried out by the Gad of Pangua depends directly on the budget assigned to it, which has been able to improve the quality of life of citizens in general.
