dc.descriptionEn el presente proyecto de investigación, en primera instancia, se realiza una descripción general de la empresa, continuando con la selección del servicio de más oferta mediante un análisis ABC a partir de los históricos de producción del departamento de producción; además, se expone el estado de la situación actual del proceso producción mediante herramientas de trabajo como: mapas de procesos, diagramas de estudio del trabajo y layour de la empresa que permiten comprender el flujo de la producción y las áreas susceptibles a mejoras. La metodología para el estudio de tiempos y movimientos utilizada, inicia con la selección del caso de estudio, seguido del cálculo del número de observaciones fundamentado en el criterio de General Electric, continuando con la valoración del ritmo de trabajo con el sistema Westinghouse y la asignación de suplementos de acuerdo a la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), para concluir con el cálculo de tiempo estándar. Posteriormente, se procede a calcular la capacidad de producción con el fin de identificar el cuello de botella, el cual restringe el flujo de producción, estableciéndose el proceso de stone como uno de los principales procesos a mejorar para servicios de stone con 3 manualidades. La propuesta de mejora como primer punto contempla determinar los tiempos estándar que facilitarán la planificación de la producción y como segundo punto la elaboración de un manual de procedimientos con el objetivo de instruir a los operarios del método de trabajo adecuado para la estandarización de sus actividades.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this research project, first of all, a general description of the company is made, continuing with the selection of the service with the best offer by means of an ABC analysis based on the production history of the production department; in addition, the state of the current situation of the production process is presented by means of work tools such as: process maps, work study diagrams and layour of the company that allow understanding the production flow and the areas susceptible to improvement. The methodology for the study of times and movements used starts with the selection of the case study, followed by the calculation of the number of observations based on the General Electric criteria, continuing with the evaluation of the work rhythm with the Westinghouse system and the allocation of supplements according to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), to conclude with the calculation of standard time. Subsequently, we proceed to calculate the production capacity in order to identify the bottleneck, which restricts the production flow, establishing the stone process as one of the main processes to be improved for stone services with 3 handicrafts. The improvement proposal as a first point contemplates determining the standard times that will facilitate production planning and as a second point the elaboration of a procedures manual with the aim of instructing the operators of the appropriate working method for the standardisation of their activities.es_ES
