dc.descriptionEste proyecto de investigación está enfocado en identificar las implicaciones socio - familiares en los cuidadores de adultos mayores para poder ayudar a establecer el grado de funcionalidad familiar y el patrón psicológico del cuidador. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, es un estudio descriptivo y diseño transversal. Se aplicaron los instrumentos: Cuestionario del APGAR FAMILIAR, Test de Goldberg, Entrevista semi estructurada con datos sociodemográficos, funcionalidad familiar y patrón psicológico del cuidador. En conclusiones existió un grupo considerable de cuidadores que presenta una disfuncionalidad familiar severa, con altos niveles de ansiedad y depresión, motivo por los cuales se plantea la propuesta de crear un programa de capacitaciones dirigida a personal de salud, cuidadores y comité local de salud.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research project is focused on identifying the socio-family implications in adult caregivers in order to help establish the degree of family functionality and the psychological pattern of the caregiver. The research has a qualitative approach, it is a descriptive study and a cross-sectional design. The instruments were applied: FAMILY APGAR questionnaire, Goldberg test, semi-structured interview with sociodemographic data, family functionality and psychological pattern of the caregiver. In conclusions, there was a considerable group of caregivers who have severe family dysfunction, with high levels of anxiety and depression, which is why the proposal is made to create a caregivers club where these people are given timely follow-up.es_ES
