dc.descriptionLa pandemia de COVID-19 fue una ola que arraso con varios sectores en donde las secuelas del virus se sintieron fuertemente; el sector educativo cuyo objetivo es propiciar una formación académica e integral al alumnado dentro de sus modelos de formación académica busca salvaguardar la vida de los estudiantes. Objetivo: Detectar la presencia del síndrome de Burnout en estudiantes de la carrera de enfermería de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Metodología: de tipo descriptivo, diseño cuantitativo, transversal se aplicó un cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory a una población estuvo constituida por 1060 Estudiantes matriculados legalmente en el periodo septiembre 2020-febrero 2021, de la cual se obtuvo una muestra de 170 estudiantes Resultados: Se establece un burnout leve prevaleciendo el nivel «leve» y predominando el indicador Emocional. En el análisis de asociación del síndrome con las variables sociodemográficas y académicas no se apreció una relación significativaes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe COVID-19 pandemic was a wave that swept through several sectors where the aftermath of the virus felt carbonated; the educational sector whose objective is to promote an academic and comprehensive training for students within its academic training models seeks to safeguard the lives of students. Objective: To detect the presence of Burnout syndrome in nursing students at the Technical University of Ambato during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional design, a Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire was applied to a population consisting of 1060 students legally enrolled in the period September 2020-February 2021, from which a sample of 170 students was obtained. Results: A level of exhaustion is established with the "level" level prevailing and the Emotional indicator predominant.
