    El compromiso organizacional en la asociatividad del sector de limpieza de la Cámara de Economía Popular y Solidaria de Tungurahua

    The research project is related to the organizational commitment in the associativity of the cleaning sector of the Chamber of Popular Economy and solidary of Tungurahua. In which, we can say that organizational commitment affects associativity because it can generate a good or poor job performance and not being properly managed in the organizations generates in the partners the disloyalty, the little commitment and corporate identity. In addition, sometimes the partner may perceive that he is not enjoying benefits simply change to another association that is going through pleasant moments such as a good work environment. From the perspective of the methodology, a survey was carried out for the data collection, afterwards the tabulation, graph and the analysis and interpretation of results was performed, where, the following was obtained: 32.14% evidenced that the financial information Allows adequate decision-making, with respect to equity and democracy of each of the members 27.86% have stated that sometimes it is possible to maintain equity in the institution. From the point of view of the associativity, 33.57% think that sometimes if there have been organizational conflicts and problems in the association so we must identify weaknesses that allow reducing this type of aspect. In order to solve the problem, a Strategic Action Plan has been proposed to improve the organizational commitment in the associativity of the cleaning sector of the Popular and Solidarity Economy Chamber of Tungurahua. It contains strategies capable of sharing values, identification with the mission and vision among managers and collaborators, developing an excellent work performance, applying factors of teamwork, a good organizational climate and business communication, with the aim of achieving a high degree of satisfaction and business coexistence.
