Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2017) Navarrete Fonseca, Mario Fernando; Abril Freire, María CristinaThe Directorate of Linkage to Society (DIVISO) of the Technical University of Ambato is located in the campus of Huachi Chico, the problem of study was the poor use of Practices of High Performance framed by the traditional management without innovation in the positions of Work, the investigation allowed to determine the impact of the use of the High Performance Practices in the level of satisfaction of the operative personnel. The methodology used is detailed below: the approach was quantitative because statistical models were used to test hypotheses, the research modalities were emphasized in the bibliographical and field with levels of correlational and explanatory research, the population was 49 collaborators. The results obtained when checking the hypotheses of study allowed to know the correlation that existed between the two variables, so that the calculated values R (Pearson's ratio coefficient) were: 0.286 in the relation between Justice [1] - Quality of working life [1], 0,502 Talent Management [1] - Labor Security [2] and 0.483 of Communication [1] - Quality of working life [1], We denote a positive correlation between the factors of both the independent variable and dependent variable. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2017) Ramos Parra, María José; Moreta Herrera, Carlos RodrigoOBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between work-family culture understood as the perception of employees regarding the support received by the institution to the integration of their work and personal life and the organizational commitment described as the link between the worker and his organization in the staff of Isabel de Godín Educational unit in Riobamba city. DESIGN: The work is a quantitative research with a descriptive and correlational scope in which the work-family culture questionnaire of Thompson, Beauvais & Lyness (1999) and the Allen & Meyer organizational commitment questionnaire (1991). SAMPLE: 182 workers participated as part of the research, 39.56% were men and 61.54% women. RESULTS: The results show that 92.3% of respondents have low levels of conflict, while 7.7% show standard levels; in addition, 5.5% have a low level of organizational commitment, 67% have a standard level and 27.5% have a high level. No significant differences were found between genders. The organizational commitment is correlated with work-family culture r= 0.639; p<0.001. CONCLUSION: The work-family culture is a determining factor that explains the 40.8% of the changes in the organizational commitment variance.Item Relación de los riesgos psicosociales con la satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The people who make up the Corporate Government have the delegation of powers and autonomy over the administration, which facilitates or hinders the Institutional management by the decision making and the financial policies within the Cooperative, the same ones that promote development and sustainability of an institution, let’s say liquidity, profitability along with solvency, capitalization and risk management. The objective of the Policies chosen by the representatives, board of directors, supervisory board and committees is to prevent the classical financial risks of: credit, liquidity, operation, market and legal, in case of inefficient institutional policies and the ungovernability by the Representatives and Executives, are key factors so that the Superintendence of Popular Economy and Solidarity sends an official to carry out the pertinent investigations, proceeding to the closing, absorption or liquidation of the Institution. When there is autonomy of powers in a single person it can have the consequence of the instability of the different councils and committees, since the decisions taken violate the principles of Cooperatives, regulations and laws that are regulated. This results in the deterioration of the organizational climate, which affects the daily activities of the administrative staff, communication with the different councils and committees, the institutional image, and the relationship with the partners. Although the organizational climate is an intangible asset of an Institution, it affects the conduct and behavior of each individual within the organization. Once the problem is detected it is analyzed contextually at a macro, meso, and micro level, the justification is done and the general and specific objectives are established. Thanks to bibliographical research, we proceed to the construction of the Theoretical Framework to properly base the variables of the investigation, based on the information gathered from books, brochures, magazines, internet, and laws, stating the hypothesis: The classification of administrative staff positions of the Autonomous Municipal Decentralized Government of Canton Latacunga influences the development of the activities of the employees; hence their job satisfaction as an early response to the problem, which was then verified by statistical procedures. Once the research methodology is established, the appropriate tools to be used for processing information as a basis for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the investigated variables are formed, proceeding then, to statistically analyze the data and draw a conclusion. Based on the research results, a solution is proposed. This solution is aimed to proposing strategies to improve the levels of job satisfaction, and to contribute enjoyable material for the authorities and staff seeking to increase the performance of the staff and the Institution.Item El síndrome de Burnout y su impacto en la productividad laboral de los funcionarios del Distrito Educativo 18d01 en Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2017) Medina Moncayo, Andrea Natalia; Milla Toro, SindyPeople associate, collaborate and interact in their work environments daily, spend most of their time, within their daily tasks, to meet personal and organizational goals. However, these events generate psychological processes that affect the individuals, groups and results of the institution. Burnout Syndrome is a disorder of a psychological nature that affects and impairs the work capacity of people, especially the relationships of their environment, affecting the quality of their work, job satisfaction, motivation, commitment, teamwork, cohesion, among others. In order to establish the impact of Burnut Syndrome on the labor productivity of officials of the 18D01 Ambato Educational District, a statistical analysis was carried out using the "MBI" tool (Maslash Inventory Burnout) to identify the rates of onset of syndrome burnout, as well as the degree of alteration in labor productivity using the questionnaire "Labor Productivity", applied to three study groups: teaching staff, administrative staff, and service personnel, with a population of 2135 people and a stratified sample of 325. According to the above, it was determined that the initially proposed relationships among the latent variables were corroborated using the "Chi-square" correlation method. Finally, the work concludes with recommendations that propose strategies that improve interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, fatigue and frustration at work, through a proposal for prevention and reduction of the burnout syndrome that includes techniques that promote the improvement of quality of working life of officials of the 18D01 Ambato Educational District.Item Modelo de gestión en la satisfacción laboral de los docentes especializados en educación media(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The methodology was used in a qualitative and quantitative approach, due to the analysis of the degree of perception of the collaborators allowing the understanding their current situation, as well as the analysis of statistical data that were taken in the district, becoming a field research. It was also necessary to resort to bibliographical research. The data collection was done through the survey technique and the standardized questionnaire instrument, through which the teachers' perception was determined in relation to various labor aspects and also allowed to establish their degree of job satisfaction. The proposed management model allows to establish the different phases that must be fulfilled in order to obtain comprehensive information about teachers' perception of various issues that are not openly addressed, in order to translate them into concrete results of actions that favor the Management in their daily work, taking into consideration that human talent is the engine that drives the institutions, so it is necessary to generate communication spaces that strengthen the organization.Item Competencias del personal operativo y el desempeño laboral en el sector hotelero(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Por lo cual, ya no solo cuenta la infraestructura de los mismos sino también las competencias que posee el personal con el que cuentan para así brindar un servicio de excelencia. La gestión por competencias en el sector hotelero tiene gran relevancia y la presente investigación se enfoca en el estudio de las competencias del personal operativo y el desempeño laboral en el sector hotelero en el cantón Ambato. El marco de la investigación comprende una estructura que parte del análisis crítico de la problemática en este sector para así tener una visión general del estudio hasta abordar aspectos más específicos que permitan generar conocimiento y una alternativa de solución al problema planteado. Los objetivos planteados pretenden dar a conocer en qué nivel se encuentran las competencias del personal operativo y que métodos de evaluación son actualmente utilizados en este sector. Seguido se analizó la información referente a estudios ya realizados y conceptos que argumentan la importancia del estudio de las dos variables ya mencionadas anteriormente. La metodología de la investigación se realizó mediante la combinación del enfoque cualitativo por tratarse del estudio de un fenómeno social que involucra la descripción de ciertas cualidades y cuantitativo para los procedimientos estadísticos que permiten obtener resultados veraces. La factibilidad de este estudio es viable ya que la información se obtuvo de fuentes oficiales de quienes han aprobado que se realice la investigación. In this framework, it is aimed at increasing the performance of its human capital and the institution by properly managing human talent that involves all administrative processes, the objective of this research is to determine the level of work skills of each sub-process of human talent, and according to that analysis, look for alternatives that help mitigate the lack of competencies within administrative processes. Considering as the main resource of the company the human talent, the profiling is proposed by competence that is the description of the main activities carried out in a job and the skills required to cover said position. Defining competencies as the set of knowledge, skills and abilities that allow a collaborator to perform effectively, has been considered as basic negotiation skills, initiative, self-confidence, strategic thinking, leadership, flexibility. The methodology used was the quantitative approach because statistical models were used to check hypotheses, the research modalities used were field, bibliographic and documentary, the level of relational research was used, the population was 64 workers comprised among operative workers and administrative. The technique that was used in the investigation is the survey with its instrument the questionnaire. The statistical model applied to test hypotheses was the Friedman test, by which the alternative hypothesis was accepted, which indicated that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction. The present investigation is based on the study of Hunan Talent Management and the quality of services, in the Ministry of the Environment, Napo Province, because of its nature as a public entity, its main business name is to provide service to users who live in the cantons that make up the province of Napo in the environmental management competition. The research work has an emphasis on generating improvement strategies in the quality of service to the user based on a human talent management model whose research focus is qualitative- quantitative. The main contribution is part of the bibliographic information that contributes with important concepts, similar works and research based on quality and service. As a data collection technique and surveys were applies to 86 servers of the Ministry of the Environment, province of Napo, corresponding to one hundred percent of its personnel, in the same way surveys were applied to 244 users belonging to the sample, obtaining in this way the primary information, the analysis is based on the application of Cronbach’s alpha in the 0.907 that demonstrates the high reliability of the applied survey, contributing the analysis of Pearson´s correlation variance in a 0,695, thus demonstrating the nobility between the variables: human talent management and quality of service. The statistical analysis allowed identifying the problem areas in the service as: training, induction, motivation, among others. Finally, the research work proposes strategies in the creation of a code of institutional ethics, a training plan, recover institutional values and implement suggestions boxes, all aimed at improving the quality of services to the userItem Influencia de la compensación financiera como factor motivacional del trabajador en el sector seguros(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Molina Narváez, María José; Moreta Herrera, Carlos RodrigoThis document represents the study of financial compensation and its relation to work motivation, within the different departments of companies in the insurance sector, so that it is possible to improve the work motivation of employees considering various aspects such as: financial, psychological , motivational and satisfaction. The research framework has great relevance thanks to the bibliographic and documentary contributions both in the labor motivation and in the financial compensation, the research had a sample of 150 collaborators from different areas to whom three questionnaires were applied, the same ones that were validated with the help of statisticians executed in statistical software SPSS, yielding the following Cronbach's Alpha results: Sociodemographic survey of 0,61; Test 1 of 0,66; Test 2 of 0,81 which demonstrates the reliability of the items proposed in the questionnaires, in addition to the Pearson correlation variance analysis of 0,325 which indicates a moderate to high correlation of the variables: financial compensation and motivation labor. With the data obtained, it is considered necessary to propose the application of a monetary and non-monetary labor compensation plan internally in the organizations of the insurance sector, which will allow raising the levels of work motivation of the employee; This process will be carried out without diminishing the current activities carried out in each company. The application of the complementary instruments allowed to have a greater knowledge about the collaborators and their satisfaction in front of their positions, and in case of being necessary some type of professional help, it is possible to resort to the Human Talent department of each company of the insurance sector, for design new work compensation plans, which will allow each area to be integrated and improve the job satisfaction that is presented in each employee.Item Liderazgo femenino empresarial y el compromiso organizacional en el sector de confección textil.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. This approach longs to answer to the questioning ¿How does business female leadership influences organizational commitment in the area for textile making? The current research pretends to positively impact the management concept of social and gender equity, it is also bet that Development National Objectives and Sustainable Development Objectives are joined. With a qualitative-quantitative methodology (a phenomenologic approach study of phenomenologic approach, descriptive correlational scope, with cross section, a nonexperimental design) quantitative instruments were used: situational leadership test (Hersey & Blanchard, 1974), perception leadership test (Mellado-Ruiz, 2005), organizational commitment test (Meyer & Allen, 1997) and qualitative instruments: An Interview guide about female organizational leadership (Bucarey & López, 2016; Contreras, Pedraza & Mejía, 2012; Batista & Bermúdez, 2009 y Gómez, 2006) and the interview guide about organizational commitment (Claure-Rocha & Böhrt-Pelaez, 2004 y Bayona, Goñi-Legaz & Mandorrán, 1999) duly validated. The data processing was performed with SPSS (quantitative) and Atlas.ti (qualitative). An action protocol for organizational commitment from leadership application is generated as a job proposal, in a tripartite structure: A commitment organizational Guide for staff empowerment, A leadership Canon for the improvement of management exercise with the staff and Technical training Program in empowerment axis, entrepreneurship and leadership for textile making industry businesswomen, all of this for a better competitiveness; this has been validated in the area of human talent management and social and gender equity, through checklist. The selection of specialists was performed by Delphi. Therefore, the professionals that make up the work team of the institution work under pressure, with high levels of stress if it is considered that more and more, there is greater demand for tasks. In this institution, the number of diseases and symptoms due to work stress is high, as a result of work overload. A cross-sectional correlational study was conducted to know the relationship between work stress and psychosocial risks, applying tests to a population of 50 employees, concluding that if there is a relationship between the variables and that psychosocial risks influence the generation of stress in the workers of “Agencia Nacional de Tránsito”, of Cotopaxi province. Because 50% of the respondents said that they suffer from work stress, considering that they work under pressure and their labor rights are not respected and that they are related to the psychosocial risks that appear in them. Measures and recommendations are proposed to contribute to the reduction of these labor problems, which are competences of human talent management.The alternative solutions for stress, currently, not only involves medicine, it is also about taking measures of prevention and awareness to the staff, on how to manage stress, many of the cases work stress, is also produced by the stress produced by intrafamiliar problems, for which it is essential to carry out a periodic evaluation on the situation of each collaborator and focus on the immediate solution, before finding irreversible results.Item Relación del compromiso organizacional con la satisfacción laboral en el sector calzado de la Provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Tello Vasco, Luis Rafael; Altamirano Analuisa, Danilo JavierThe present research work entitled "Relationship of the Organizational Commitment with Labor Satisfaction in the footwear sector of the Province of Tungurahua" has as its fundamental objective to determine the relationship of the Organizational Commitment with Labor Satisfaction, for it is delimited the space to the Company of Footwear Mil Boots of the city of Ambato located in the sector of the Industrial Park. To measure the organizational commitment, a survey was used with the questionnaire of Allen and Meyer (1991) that includes the three classic dimensions: affective, continuity and normative, to the employees of the operational and administrative level of the organization. This instrument consists of 18 items and the Cronbach's alpha stood at 0.886. On the other hand, the Coexphal- Euroempleo job satisfaction questionnaire was applied, which measures this variable in three aspects: motivation and recognition, work area and environment, and training and information. The number of items is 26. It has a Cronbach's alpha of 0.885. The results determined for this case that there is no linear relationship between the variables organizational commitment and job satisfaction, contrary to what is generally believed and even with the results of some studies in this regard. The criterion that people could be dissatisfied with some aspects of their work is ratified, but nevertheless, they feel committed since the commitment is an attitude towards the organization. The processing of the data was done with the SPSS version 24.0 and it was obtained that the commitment reaches 54.57% and satisfaction 69.04%. From this it follows that the affective commitment is 65.31%. In this component of the commitment the aspect of feeling in the company as part of a family reaches 85.7% and talking about it with other people 79.4%. The commitment of continuity obtains 47.6%. Of note in this component are the personal dimensions of the continuity commitment with 61.9% and 57.1%. For the normative commitment, 51.05% is reached. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Pérez Gavilanes, Alexandra del Carmen; Guerrero Velasteguí, César AndrésThis investigation has as variables of study the labor satisfaction and the administrative management in the Municipal GADs of Tungurahua, the spatial delimitation was the Municipal Governments San Cristóbal de Patate and the Municipal GAD of the Canton Cevallos, Its objective was to determine the influence of job satisfaction in the Administrative Management of the Municipal GADs of the province of Tungurahua. The research carried out was of a quantitative approach, a basic type of descriptive level. The study population consisted of 172 public servants and a sample of 119, distributed proportionally for each municipality, ie 50 for the Municipal GAD of Cevallos and 69 for the Municipal GAD San Cristóbal de Patate, data collection took it conducted with the survey technique and the instrument applied was the questionnaire, through which it was possible to gather information about the study variables, job satisfaction and administrative management. The analysis and interpretation of results was done individually for both the Municipal GAD of Cevallos and the GAD Municipal San Cristóbal de Patate, for the statistical analysis applied the SPSS computer system for testing hypothesis. The result of the investigation demonstrates the existence of a high correlation and significance with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.037 for the Municipal GAD of Patate; and the existence of a high correlation and significance with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.054 for the Municipal GAD of Cevallos, confirming the relationship between job satisfaction and administrative management in each of the municipalities under study.
