    The company Ecuamatríz Cía. Ltda., Is a manufacturing industrial company located in the mechanical metal sector belonging to a large segment of economic activities that is the secondary sector. The manufacture of metal products occupies an important place in the province of Tungurahua, contributing to their economic development through these activities and contributing to employment. The participation of human capital in this context is even more important when it is necessary for the skills, knowledge and skills of the staff to be used in the company in order to promote innovation. The mission of the top management of the company Ecuamatriz Cía. Ltda., Is to manage under this approach and to achieve it, the problem that is presented must be overcome. The poor business practice that results from a limited use of individual learning, the experience of employees does not become collective capital because there is no expansion of knowledge using correct communication of each process.
