    Gestión del talento humano y desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Distrito 18D06 Cevallos a Tisaleo–Educación

    La presente investigación centra su interés por el problema existente en el Distrito 18D06 Cevallos a Tisaleo-Educación. Actualmente existe en la institución un modelo de gestión de talento humano, el mismo que limita la selección de personal, el desarrollo de funciones, la eficiencia y efectividad, esto ha dado lugar a la ausencia de colaboración, al estancamiento del desarrollo organizacional, y se limita cada vez más la atención y servicio al usuario, en vista de este problema observado directamente, se propone ejecutar un estudio global acerca de la temática desarrollada en el presente texto, es preciso basar el conocimiento sobre teorías y modelos que brinden el apoyo requerido, en orden a desarrollar los contenidos propuestos, se realiza una descripción teórica sobre los aspectos más relevantes relacionados a la gestión del talento humano y desempeño laboral en un contexto actual, a fin de introducir al lector en el contenido teórico sobre los distintos niveles de gestión administrativo, y se plantea como objetivo general analizar la gestión de talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo. La población delimitada para este estudio son 30 colaboradores administrativos, y no se utilizó muestreo, se trabajó con la población existente en la institución, en analogía con las variables: gestión del talento humano y desempeño laboral, se utilizó para el análisis la escala de Likert, y se presentó las gráficas con su análisis e interpretación. Se obtuvo el resultado más importante con la aplicación de la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman; se halló un nivel de correlación y un valor resultado que probó claramente, que sí, existe relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral. En la investigación se concluye que la gestión del talento humano se relaciona significativamente con el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Distrito 18D06 Cevallos a Tisaleo-Educación.

    Satisfacción laboral y la gestión administrativa de los GADs Municipales de la provincia de Tungurahua.

    This investigation has as variables of study the labor satisfaction and the administrative management in the Municipal GADs of Tungurahua, the spatial delimitation was the Municipal Governments San Cristóbal de Patate and the Municipal GAD of the Canton Cevallos, Its objective was to determine the influence of job satisfaction in the Administrative Management of the Municipal GADs of the province of Tungurahua. The research carried out was of a quantitative approach, a basic type of descriptive level. The study population consisted of 172 public servants and a sample of 119, distributed proportionally for each municipality, ie 50 for the Municipal GAD of Cevallos and 69 for the Municipal GAD San Cristóbal de Patate, data collection took it conducted with the survey technique and the instrument applied was the questionnaire, through which it was possible to gather information about the study variables, job satisfaction and administrative management. The analysis and interpretation of results was done individually for both the Municipal GAD of Cevallos and the GAD Municipal San Cristóbal de Patate, for the statistical analysis applied the SPSS computer system for testing hypothesis. The result of the investigation demonstrates the existence of a high correlation and significance with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.037 for the Municipal GAD of Patate; and the existence of a high correlation and significance with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.054 for the Municipal GAD of Cevallos, confirming the relationship between job satisfaction and administrative management in each of the municipalities under study.

    Evaluación del desempeño del talento humano y los procesos administrativos en Instituciones de Educación Superior

    The present document represents the study of the administrative processes and its relation with the evaluation of the performance, in different departments at Universidad Técnica de Ambato, so that it would be possible to improve the working performance of the collaborators considering several aspects such as: psychological, motivational and of satisfaction. The frame of research, has great relevancy thanks to the bibliographical contributions both in the evaluation of the performance and in the administrative processes. The investigation relied on a sample of 236 collaborators to whom a questionnaire was applied, same that was validated using the method of the experts and with the statisticians' support executed in the statistical software SPSS. The analysis threw the following results: Cronbach’s alpha of 0.933, which demonstrates the reliability of the items proposed in the questionnaire. In addition, the analysis of Person’s of 0.774 suggests a moderated to high between the variables. With the information obtained it is considered necessary to propose the application of psychological, motivational and satisfaction evaluations, directed to the collaborators of Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Thus, it could lead to evaluate the performance and the possible factors that could interfere in the correct development of collaborator’s functions. This process will be carried out as complementary assessment aligned to the one conducted by the institution The application of the complementary instruments allowed to have a major knowledge on the collaborators and his their insights on their job positions. Then if there was a need for specialized help collaborators could be offered it at Departamento de Bienestar Universitario. Then, that department would be in charge of creating a program for the need identified, a follow up process and one for controlling it. In this way every dependency would work at synergy leading to an improvement on stability, satisfaction and performance of the collaborators.

    Gestión administrativa en las instituciones de Educación Superior basada en planes de capacitación del personal administrativo y trabajadores

    The present study is focused on determining how the training plans of administrative staff and workers influence in the administrative management of the Technical University of Ambato, which has caused delays in processes, poor attention, low level of performance and fulfillment of functions in the different academic / administrative units, which has generated work stress and interpersonal conflicts between the administrative staff and workers. The methodology applied was mixed, based on bibliographic research that served to theoretically sustain the variables under study (training plans, administrative management). On the other hand, in relation to field research we worked with two populations, the first was structured by the administrative staff and workers of the institution with a total of 822 people, however, within the study we only worked with a sample of 262 people to whom the designed instrument was applied with a total of 18 questions; while the second population was structured by the deans and departmental directors of the institution, applying to 18 people in total the instrument designed with 11 questions, later the instrument of the administrative staff and workers was submitted to the statistical analysis known as exploratory factor analysis, in where the HMO test of 0.905 was obtained and a test of sphericity of Barlett with a level of significance of 0.000 which allowed to apply the factorial analysis and therefore accept the alternative hypothesis proposed. Under this background, it was proposed to restructure the training process for administrative staff and workers to improve the administrative management of the Technical University of Ambato.
