Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información, 2024-08) Chimbolema Copo., Luis Ariel; Ibarra Torres, Oscar FernandoDuring an evaluation carried out at the micro-enterprise "EL TORIL", opportunities were identified to improve the processes of milk collection, registration, and control as a raw material. The detailed analysis highlighted the need for optimization in the management of this key resource for dairy production. It was suggested that the implementation of technological tools, such as a mobile and web application, could be beneficial for the improvement and supervision of these processes. The research was carried out on the Flutter Framework, its usefulness in developing multiplatform mobile applications demonstrated that it is a modern and efficient platform for mobile application development. In addition, it allows the development of applications that run natively on Android, iOS, Web and other devices. Data collection was carried out through surveys and interviews, providing valuable information for creating the application according to the specifications and expectations of the micro-enterprise "El Toril." The Mobile-D methodology provides an effective tool for mobile application development. The methodology is based on dividing the project into iterations, with functional deliveries in the development process. This allows for the monitoring and control of tasks, as well as efficient project management. The final result was the development of a mobile and web application for controlling the milk registration as a raw material for dairy production "EL TORIL", serving as a modern tool adapted to the specifications and needs. This project contributes to improving the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the micro-enterprise.
