This study addresses the design and implementation of a Help Desk system based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to optimize service management withinthe administrative area of Gala Importaciones Cía. Ltda. The main objective was to develop a technological solution capable of centralizing, automating, and streamlining processes related to the management of requests and administrative tasks. During the project's development, agile methodology is applied RAD, facilitating iterative implementation and quick adaptation to the specific requirements of the company. The research identified the key processes within the administrative area and successfully integrated them into a platform that improves the traceability, organization, and analysis of operations. The results demonstrate that the Help Desk system significantly contributed to optimizing response times, improving service quality, and centralizing relevant information, thereby increasing the company's operational efficiency. It is essential to strengthen the system by integrating it with other enterprise tools, enhancing security measures, and ensuring ongoing staff training to maximize the system's potential. Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información, 2022-09) Chacha Plasencia, Karen Vanesa; Aldás Flores, Clay FernandoThe use of technology has changed over the years and has become involved in the business environment, because it helps to maintain good organization and streamlines internal processes, saving time and reducing costs. In Ecuador, pasteurizers have many processes for their business rules, which is why they must manage computer systems that help to maintain and optimize daily production and inventory control records. The research project aims to implement a web system for inventory and production control in the Pasteurizadora J.S. of Salcedo city, because they currently have manual and semi-automatic records (Excel), for this reason through technological tools seeks to cover the essential requirements of the business rule, thus allowing automate and streamline efficiently production processes such as: Suppliers, Raw Material Registration, Supplier Payment Calculations, Production Registration, Production Expenses, Product Stock, Sales and Routing Expenses, thus helping to reduce calculation errors and have clear records of internal business movements. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used to maintain adequate control for the development of activities, establishing times and organization through user stories for each functional module of the system. The web system was developed with MVC architecture because it helps to separate the code in a way that facilitates the maintenance and scalability of the system, also used the technologies of HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript for the front-end and PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor) version 8 for the back-end, the database engine used was MySQL thanks to the compatibility it maintains with PHP, finally the application was implemented in a Hostinger virtual server with the domain pasteurizadorajs.com
