The present research project focuses on creating a solution to modernize the management and tracking of sales budget compliance at Rectima Industry Cia. Ltda. Company. To achieve this, a mobile application was implemented using the Ionic Framework, allowing various sales advisors to access detailed information on budgets, bonuses, commissions, the number of sales made per product, and the creation of new clients. The project began with a detailed analysis of the sales budget planning processes, identifying the process followed from the preparation of the sales forecast to the monitoring and evaluation of the budget. This analysis provided a clear and precise vision of the process followed for sales budget planning, which was fundamental for the correct and accurate development of the mobile application. The Ionic Framework was used for the implementation of the mobile application, leveraging its capability to develop efficient mobile applications and create user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, Mobile-D, an agile methodology specifically designed for mobile application development, was employed, facilitating rapid interaction and continuous delivery of the developed application. The use of an agile methodology combined with a Framework like Ionic allowed for rapid and cost-effective development, offering a robust solution that meets the specific needs of Rectima Industry Cia. Ltda. Company. The resulting mobile application streamlined the sales budget management process, ensuring greater operational efficiency and improving the responsiveness of the sales team. This technological approach has provided new ways to access updated information, enhancing the operational efficiency and responsiveness of the sales team through the adoption of mobile applications developed with modern technologies and agile methodologies.

Companies worldwide have changed their marketing strategies over time to reach highly competitive markets. This process brings about changes in their policies and Procedures, necessitating updates and additional analysis. The dynamics of the market have driven businesses of all sizes to seek the necessary capital to access and improve customer service. One such avenue is the utilization of the Internet, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and related applications, including computer devices such as mobile devices, web browsers, and social networks. The purpose of this research is to address the various internal challenges faced by a company, including poor sales control and complete disorganization of participant documents. This is primarily due to each individual salesperson maintaining control in their own way, resulting in disorder within the internal organization of the Ambato headquarters. Consequently, this project aims to make a significant contribution to the organization and control of sales. The implementation of this system not only meets the company's needs but also benefits both CORFOPYM and the clients who seek their services. It facilitates the sales process for their employees, saving time and resources that would otherwise be consumed by inadequate sales closures and resolving needs as they arise during transactions, instantly.
