Item Desarrollo e implementación de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo mediante el método TPM para el departamento de producción en la empresa carrocerías Impedsa(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2024-06) Arguello Miguez, Geovanny Adrian; Paredes Robalino, María BelénThis technical project was developed to implement a maintenance plan based on the total productive maintenance (TPM) methodology; to prolong the useful life of the components of the equipment and machines that are part of the production line, improving the organization of production in order to avoid unnecessary stoppages in the production lines. The information gathering was carried out, which consisted of carrying out an inventory of the machines and equipment to know the amount of equipment, the coding and the state in which they are found, then through the TPM, the “5S” was applied, selection of equipment and pilot machines for the respective maintenance aircraft; In addition, the failure modal analysis and effects matrix (FMEA) was carried out for each of the components, determining the possible failures of the equipment and the criticality analysis of the same, and with the maintenance ranges using specialized software that specializes in failure prevention activities taking into consideration the frequency and time to subsequently allow the objective of implementing the maintenance plan to be developed. As a result, the execution of an annual preventive maintenance plan was obtained with the activities that were organized for the various components, complying with the estimated times and operating frequency for one year; in addition to implementing a continuous improvement system with the TPM philosophy, involving both operators and maintenance personnel.Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para las máquinas, equipos y sistemas del taller de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico de la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2024-02) Guato Caiza, Bryan Wilson; Robayo Fonseca, Geovanny Sebastián; Castro Miniguano, Christian ByronThe lack of preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and systems shortens their useful life, for this reason in this technical project a preventive maintenance plan was developed for the machines of the FICM Innovation and Technological Development Workshop. In the development of the technical project, the coding of each of the machines was carried out in order to identify them quickly, the technical sheets, the general characteristics, the service conditions, the list of spare parts, the drawings, diagrams, the dimensions and tolerances, the assembly instructions, the operating instructions, etc. were also carried out. The analysis of the FMEA matrices was carried out with the help of the NTP 679 Standard, analyzing the most critical elements, which are more prone to suffer failures causing unexpected interruptions in the operation of the machines, the causes of failure, functional failures and failure effects were also analyzed. Then, the criticality matrices were carried out to identify and prioritize the most critical elements of each of the machines that need improvement. Finally, the preventive maintenance plan was developed under specialized software, in which the Logs and Maintenance Ranges of each of the machines are detailed, where it will be possible to visualize and print the technical sheets, the drawings and the monthly maintenance activities, it will also be possible to record the stop and repair times of each activity generating the curve of the bathtub.Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para los moldes de inyección en el área de producción de la empresa Halley Corporación C.L(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. That is why to carry out this technical project, the needs of the company "Halley Corporación CL" were taken into account, to have a preventive maintenance plan for the molds knowing how important it is to have one, this will help us to early detection of failures or damage that may occur in the molds and their components, in order to prolong their useful life and thus reduce costs. For the development of the maintenance plan, an inventory was started, where the current state of the molds is detailed, a list of components was also generated and technical sheets were made to then proceed with an analysis of failures and failure modes of the components by means of the AMFE matrix based on NTP 679, finally the Weibull mathematical and graphic model was applied according to NTP 331 to determine the reliability of the molds. Consequently, the numerical values and parameters necessary to configure detailed time intervals per month were obtained, with the help of logs and maintenance ranges where the corresponding preventive actions are carried out, to prioritize maintenance work.Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo en el área de fibra de la empresa Carrocerías Varma S.A. de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. For this reason, the objective of the following project is to do a preventive maintenance in the machines of the fiberglass area of Carrocerías Varma, starting from an inventory of the machinery where statistical data were collected, operation times, external valuation, creating technical data sheets where the information of each machine is detailed, external valuation creating technical data sheets detailing the information of each machine proceeding first to apply the calculation of availability, failure analysis with the AMFE matrix in accordance with NTP 679, Criticality Analysis and finally proceeded to apply the mathematical model and graphical Weibull under the NTP 331 in order to determine the availability of each of the machines. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2021-03) Quezada Pedrera, John Manuel; López Velástegui, Jorge EnriqueThe purpose of this technical project is to introduce the philosophy of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), to carry out a maintenance plan with a one-year projection of the most critical machines of the company PLANHOFA CA, based on the application of the 5S, global effectiveness equipment (EGE), autonomous and planned maintenance. The project establishes the necessary formats for maintenance management such as: technical sheets, work order, red card for unnecessary elements, machine inspection sheet and external services. The activities proposed for the maintenance of the most critical machines are proposed based on the manuals, historical data of each equipment, quantitative criticality analysis and the modal analysis of failures and effects, better known as AMFE, with which the critical components are obtained. On the other hand, a machine is chosen for the calculation and implementation of the overall effectiveness of the equipment, for which an Excel format is made to facilitate the calculations and interpretations thereof. The same that will serve as a pilot test to be applied to the rest of the machines if required by senior management. All maintenance activities are organized and classified in the range, to later translate them into the annual maintenance plan. Through optimal results with the addition of the calculations performed, the various critical parts of each of the equipment were evidenced and evaluated in a practical way. According to the evaluating operator, the capelladas will be rejected or accepted for the next process in the footwear production line. The company states that sometimes the capelladas fail in the process of assembly of tips and are discarded, meaning great waste, so the purpose of this machine is to avoid carrying the entire process of sewing and assembling parts checking them just after the punching. In the province of Tungurahua, footwear production is 65% and 80% leather produced in the country according to CALTU (National Chamber of Footwear), is a high figure, therefore, the company wants to improve its production techniques with less waste. By research, analysis, observation, a solution was obtained for the design, where the evaluation process resembles the process of assembling tips on the footwear, which has the cost of clamps and a tensor similar to the last, the calculations of the pistons start from the air consumption of the riding machine. The materials that were assigned to the plates are A36 steel, the AISI 1020 pins, for the axles is AISI 1018 transmission steel, structural tubes for the base, pistons were used with the calculated measurements, springs, bearings, and other elements electropneumatic The machine was built in the company "Mecánica Balladares", who provided their tools and knowledge of the workshop. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2019) Freire Pérez, Fernando Isidro; Castro Miniguano, Byron ChristianThe present technical work is developed based on the needs of carrying an adequate preventive and predictive maintenance for the injectors of polymers in the company of "Ingenieria Diseño de Suelas", with the purpose of diminishing the times of repair produced by the failures caused in the components of the machines and thus be able to avoid the unnecessary stops in the production and in the injected of the soles of shoes. For the development of the plan, statistical data of maintenance activities previously carried out were taken, which allowed us to identify, through an AMFE matrix, the most critical components or the most prone to failures. Subsequently, with the collected data, the statistical analysis was carried out by means of the WEIBULL distribution of each injector machine, both the mathematical model and the graphic model, calculating the reliability of the data that have a 95% truthfulness, because the method WEIBULL allows to give a more relevant criterion on which position of the curve of the bathtub are the machines and the pertinent actions that must be carried out to avoid the failures. To carry out this project, NTP 331 and NTP 679 were used for the WEIBULL and AMFE analyzes respectively, after which the preventive maintenance ranges were carried out each month to keep the organized control of the same, thus avoiding unnecessary stoppages that harm the good operations of the machines.Item Diseño e implementación de un software de mantenimiento preventivo en PHP para maquinaria pesada de GADM de Patate(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2018) Oñate Flores, Cristhian Eduardo; Carrillo Rosero, Carlos MauricioThe purpose of this technical Project is to elaborate a functional tool that helps to satisfy (suffice) the necessity of GAD Municipal San Cristóbal de Patate, of organize the maintenance of the heavy machinery, through the efficient management of its resources, the planning of preventive activities, stock management and a detailed record of historical information, immersed in a system that join that information. It was based on the analysis of the status of each machinery, compiling the failures historical to perform the calculation of maintenance indicators like: reliability, average time between failures, failure rate and availability; then, it was made comparative graphics of curve of the bath defining the behavior of the heavy machinery in 2016. Subsequently, AMFE matrices were made with the objective of detail the components to pay more attention in maintenance. The information was unified with the codification of the equipment, technical data sheets, detailed reports for each process and annual maintenance log. Next, the database was designed in MySQL, by refining the tables containing the information, avoiding redundancies; in terms of programming, a framework of PHP was used that helped to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Finally the project was socialized and trained to the main authorities of the GAD Municipal Patate.
