Maestría en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial y Ambiental, 2016) Morales Perrazo, Diego Marcelo; Rosero Mantilla, César AníbalEXECUTIVE SUMMARY The present research carried out in the company Carrocerías IMPA, begins with the collection of data through identification cards and job description (preparation of materials, structure, lining, preparation - painting, finishing and fiberglass construction) , Then the information provided by the company is taken as the initial assessment of the risk of noise through the risk matrix using the NTP methodology 330, then proceed to elaborate a card for the identification of the noise type taking as a guide the NTP 270, Once identified the respective measurement is carried out based on UNE - ISO 9612-2009 with a dosimeter, which provides the sound pressure level and the daily exposure dose, these values are compared with the permissible limits established in Decree Executive 2393, obtaining that in a job (preparation of materials) exceeds the allowed limit of exposure of 85 dB in a working day of 8 working hours with a value of 87 dB. For the analysis of possible auditory conditions audiometries are performed to all personal study effect by means of the KLOCKHOFF classification, obtaining that 50% presents a normal state and its similar presents a slight acoustic trauma Finally, we propose recommendations focused on managing noise risk, through the elaboration of procedures for their identification, measurement, evaluation and control in the jobs that have on exposure to this risk, to this we add administrative management procedure with the selection , Delivery and training of hearing protection, to finally complement with a procedure of monitoring the health of workers exposed to risk noise.
