    ABSTRACT This research establishes a full analysis of the context it means the academic work of teaching at the Technical University of Ambato, specifically in the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, this study focuses on fulfilling what Occupational Risk Management proposes that means identify risks, assess them, plan prevention mechanisms adapting practical application, and just as effective control and supervision that will sustain the performance of this study. Psychosocial risks were identified and that somehow it is considered that intellectual work brings tiredness, fatigue, and in some cases burnout, enough reasons to undertake the technical search of the reasons that lead to these conflicts that will be reflected in the quality of education provided and therefore on the conditions in which this work is done. The Maslach questionnaire applied to teachers evaluated the professional layout, determining, with Psycho 3.0, applied to the teacher.
