Item Factores de riesgos mecánicos y su influencia en los accidentes de trabajo de los operadores de extractoras de aceite de palma africana(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial y Ambiental, 2019) Barreno Villacís, Angélica María; Cabrera Acosta, Andrés GonzaloThe present investigation was based on the evaluation of the mechanical risk factors and their influence on the work accidents of the operators of African palm oil extractors for which the African Palm Oil Extractor was taken as a reference case study. "La Joya", "Extrajoya". Among the risk factors of mechanical origin, the following were identified: blows with moving or immobile objects, falls at the same or at a different level, entrapment between objects, thermal contact, falling of detached objects, cuts and lacerations. The measurement and evaluation of the mechanical risks existing in case of study was carried out using the William FINE method, as a result of the analysis it was determined that there is a High Risk Degree, the same one that will not vary by job and process. At the same time, a review of the accident history was carried out, established by the method NTP 236 Work accidents: statistical control, reaching to determine that the accident frequency index is equivalent to 40.6, based on the relationship that exists between the number of accidents, the loss of working hours and the severity of injuries. These accidents have caused a total permanent disability in the victims, according to this analysis it is necessary to take corrective actions in the Extractor "La Joya". Maestría en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial y Ambiental, 2019) Cáceres Tamayo, José Luis; Rosero Mantilla, César AníbalEXECUTIVE SUMMARY The present research work focuses on the mechanical risk factors in the workshop of mechanical prefabricated of the Central Obrador of the Construcciones y Prestaciones Petroleras (CPP). The methodology used was through the initial observation of the activities by jobs and the application of controlled records in the company and also contrasted with the mechanical risks suggested by the Ministry of Labor Ecuador (MDT). Subsequently, the identified risks are assessed and controlled with the guidance for the identification of the risk factors of the INSHT, this information is developed with the data obtained from the CPP management system, about the events that were reported and recorded in its first year of operations in the study area. The objectives proposed in the development of the research was to perform the annual assessment of mechanical risk factors, apply prevention tools and controls to reduce the level of exposure to the risk factor; to finally show the management carried out in its first year of operations.Item Factores de riesgo mecánico y su incidencia en la generación de accidentes laborales en taladros de reacondicionamiento de pozos petroleros(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial y Ambiental, 2018) Guzmán Montenegro, Fernando Daniel; Morales Perrazo, Luis AlbertoEXECUTIVE SUMMARY The occupational hazards to which workers are exposed in the well refurbishment drills are a major problem because they are the main cause of accidents in the oil industry, contributing to absenteeism, costly compensation and low productivity. The research carried out was based on the analysis of mechanical risk factors and their incidence in the generation of work accidents in oil well reconditioning drills. The assessment of mechanical risk factors was developed in the four processes of the well reconditioning drill in the company CCDC Rig 52, the identification was made through preventive observation cards and checklists; the measurement by means of the method of the Colombian Technical Guide (GTC 45) in which it is determined that there are unacceptable and acceptable risks with specific control; The mechanical risk factors detected as not acceptable in the process of operations were trapping and handcuffs with 41%, followed by falls at a different level with 37%. Out of a total of 71 work accidents, 59 are due to mechanical risk factors and the most affected are the Cuñeros with 19; Accident rates analyzed since 2013 show that in the last year 2017 the frequency index is 0.25 below the target set 0.8. Through the analysis carried out, it is determined that there is a positive association between the study variables in the calculation of relative risk (RR = 2.08), with a 95% confidence interval of 3.74 to 1.17. It is concluded that the mechanical risk factors generate accidents in high percentages during oil well reconditioning activities, so a prevention program is developed to reduce the frequency of undesired events.Item Evaluación de riesgos mecánicos y su incidencia en el índice de accidentes laborales en el área de mantenimiento de camiones hidrogrúa(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial y Ambiental, 2017) Amancha Guangasi, Diego Javier; Córdova Suarez, Manolo AlexanderLa presente investigación consiste en la evaluación de los riesgos mecánicos en el área de mantenimiento de camiones hidrogrúa y la incidencia que tienen en el índice de accidentes laborales, para lo cual se toma como caso de estudio en ESCOING CIA. LTDA. Entre los factores de riesgo identificados constan golpes con objetos móviles o inmóviles, caídas al mismo o a diferente nivel, atrapamiento entre objetos, contactos térmicos, caída de objetos desprendidos, cortes y laceraciones. Se efectúa la medición y evaluación de los riesgos a través del método FINE, que evidencia que existe un grado de peligro GP Medio y Alto, que varía según el puesto de trabajo y proceso. Al mismo tiempo, mediante la revisión del historial de accidentabilidad, de acuerdo a lo establecido por Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, se determina que el índice de accidentes laborales, expresado a través de la tasa de riesgo TR se ubica en 2, la cual depende de los índices de frecuencia y de gravedad de las lesiones. Estos sucesos han provocado una incapacidad permanente parcial en las víctimas, lo que refleja que la situación amerita tomar acciones de intervención. The workplaces and their factors risks in each one of they were identified and analyzed. Dirección de Posgrado, 2014) Orellana Barragán, Jenny Patricia; Flores Ramos, Carlos RobertoEn la presente investigación se realiza el análisis y la evaluación de los factores de riesgo mecánico y su influencia en los accidentes de trabajo de los operadores de equipo caminero y maquinaria pesada del H. Gobierno Provincial de Tungurahua. El estudio se lo realiza reconociendo el ambiente laboral y las condiciones de seguridad de los Operadores, con el Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud para la Construcción y Obras Públicas se establece las obligaciones a cumplir en el proceso de Gestión Vial, para obtener la información base del estudio se aplican encuestas a los trabajadores y una entrevista al Jefe de área, con la observación del investigador y al aplicar la matriz del INSHT se idéntica y se estima el riesgo, con el método de William Fine se califica de acuerdo a los cuadros propuestos por él y se obtiene un valor con el cual podemos comparar y evaluar el riesgo al que está expuesto el Operador, basado en este estudio se elabora un Plan de Gestión de Riesgos Mecánicos con el cual se pretende ofrecer un adecuado ambiente laboral. Dirección de Posgrado, 2014) Alvarez Pacheco, Carlos Oswaldo; Jaramillo Garcés, Alfredo VinicioEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como tema: “GESTION TÉCNICA DE RIESGOS EN LA EMPRESA DE LAVADO DE JEANS MUNDO COLOR”. La empresa está ubicada en la parroquia Totoras del Cantón Ambato, Provincia del Tungurahua. Inicialmente se procede a realizar encuestas a todos los trabajadores, empleados, directivos. Para la identificación de la situación actual se utiliza la lista de chequeo del SART y los requerimientos de los órganos de control, las mismas que se enfocan a cuatro requisitos que son: planificación, implementación, operación y verificación, luego se aplica en el interior de las instalaciones la Matriz de Riesgos Laborales por puesto de trabajo, en donde se determinan los riesgos críticos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores de la Empresa Mundo Color. Como conclusión de este trabajo se determina que los riesgos críticos son los causados por factores físicos y mecánicos, los mismos que inciden en la seguridad y salud ocupacional de los trabajadores, por tal motivo se propone un plan de gestión preventiva para minimizar los riesgos identificados. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The present research is about: “TECHNICAL RISK MANAGEMENT OF MUNDO COLOR WASHING JEANS COMPANY”. The company is located in the Totoras Parish of the Ambato Canton, Tungurahua Province. Initially we proceed to do surveys to all workers, employees, executives. For the identification of the current status of the checklist of the SART and the requirements of the supervisory bodies, the same that focus on four requisites are: planning, implementation, operation and verification, then applied inside facilities Matrix Occupational Risks per job, where the critical risks that the workers are exposed, those risks are determined in the Mundo Color Company. To conclude this work determines that critical risks are caused by physical and mechanical factors affecting the same occupational safety and health of workers, as such preventive management plan to minimize the risks identified. Maestria en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial y Ambiental, 2013) López Fiallos, Marcos Rafael; Jaramillo Garcés, Alfredo VinicioEn el presente trabajo de investigación se realiza un estudio de Riesgos Químicos en Industrias Licoreras Asociadas, donde se determina el Índice de Accidentabilidad y Líneas límite de la Empresa usando el método de Control estadístico de Accidentes o Norma Técnica de prevención 236. Posteriormente se analiza los Factores de Riesgo Laborales de mayor afectación usando la Matriz de riesgos cualitativa de triple consideración (Probabilidad, Gravedad y Vulnerabilidad) recomendada por el Ministerio de Relaciones Laborales. Para profundizar la investigación se realiza un estudio de las actividades que pueden generar accidentes por el manejo de la sosa cáustica usando el Método de Evaluación Simplificada de Accidentes o Norma técnica de Prevención 330. Se finaliza la evaluación con el análisis de las quemaduras en los trabajadores y la afectación por la inhalación de la Sosa Caustica utilizando la Norma Técnica de Prevención 750.El Programa de prevención de riesgo químico es un producto de este trabajo que determina medidas de control a los aspectos establecidos como de alto riesgo en las actividades y por características propias de la sustancia.
