(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-09) Armas Hidalgo, Richard Andrés; Campoverde Quijano, Egda Maribel
The virtual work modality and family communication of teachers, teachers of educational institutions are very little known and even invisible edges, nobody talks about the repercussions on their mental and physical health when they find themselves in this process caused by the pandemic, to this We add the deterioration of family relationships, communication and dynamics within their closest circle, it is for this reason that the objective of this research focuses on demonstrating the variance of family dynamics in teachers of the San Miguel de los Bancos educational unit. during the telework mode. Taking into account that we worked with a population of 25 teachers of the evening shift with a mixed approach, for which the collection of information was used through semi-structured interviews provided by the same teachers of the institution, meanwhile for the quantitative part A validated survey on family dynamics was applied, from which data was obtained in sections such as cohesion, harmony, communication, permeability, affectivity, roles, and adaptability. The correct application of both instruments helped us to demonstrate that the virtual work modality, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, does influence the communication of the families of the teachers of the San Miguel de los Bancos educational unit, also demonstrating that These factors are fundamental in family dynamics.

(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-03) Benitez Mora, Jennifer Dayana; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana Fidencia
The research is of the Correlational and Descriptive type, with a finite population of 50 adolescents in an age range of 13-17 years belonging to the “Puñapí” community of the Patate Canton, whose objective was to determine the influence of Family Dynamics on Development of Relational Skills in Adolescents during the Covid-19 Health Crisis. Family Dynamics within its structure has several aspects that contribute to both the growth and development of each of its members, allowing them to develop and adaptto society. These factors play an important role in the way of relational relationships with peers or superiors, due to the health emergency this contact has been slowed down and in some settings “forced”. For the execution of the research, a methodology with a quantitative approach was used, two previously validated instruments were used, for the Family Dynamics variable the “Intrafamily Relationship Assessment Scale” was used, composed of three dimensions that are: Union and Support; Difficulties and Expression on the other hand, for the variable Relational Skills the “Social Skills Test” was used, which has four expressed dimensions: Assertiveness; Communication; Self-esteem and Decision Making. Once the results of both variables were obtained, the hypothesis testing process could be carried out, where a positive correlation was demonstrated that determines that family dynamics affects the development of skills in adolescents from the Puñapí community. In addition, it was identified that the dimensions most accepted by adolescents are Expression and Communication. Within this study, good results were obtained in both variables, showing that adolescents, at least from the community, have not seen a change in their social and family relationships due to the health emergency

After an exhaustive field study, students of the second level B.G.U. of the Ambato Educational Unit in the canton of Ambato province of Tungurahua, show a marked dysfunction in their family dynamics, due to family problems of economic type, intrafamily violence and additions, thus triggering emotional intelligence indices in students. The milestones reached in the research show the need of the authorities of the Educative Unit Ambato D.E.C.E. implement a guide for the development of family orientation workshops aimed at the population of students analyzed, seeking to enhance the development of emotional intelligence and good living
