    Estereotipos de género y el uso de métodos anticonceptivos en adolescentes

    With this study, the objective was to analyze the opinions of adolescents between 15 and 18 years old on gender stereotypes and the use of contraceptive methods. To this end, a descriptive questionnaire-type research design was carried out in which two surveys were developed and administered, one for each variable to a control list, to a sample of 152 students from the Huambaló educational unit. The SPSS statistical analysis program was used to analyze the data and obtain results and then frequencies and percentages presented in graphs and tables. The results obtained have indicated the normalization of stereotypical visions among students, where the dimensions of physical, emotional and social behavior are the most significant. The opinions of men stand out in such a large proportion that they clearly support and propagate these opinions, but they also ignore the results obtained by women because in many cases they support these beliefs and attitudes. There is a significant correlation (p<0.05) between the level of knowledge of the students, which means that they appear as two factor variables with moderate correlation strength. What's more, those who do most MAC users have reached the excellent level, while non-MAC users have reached the average level. Finally, it is recommended to improve the sexual education program by reaching awareness and development of information in adolescents. In addition, it is necessary to integrate students with parents regarding knowledge of contraceptive methods, so that security and confidence are strengthened and not There are no limits or harms that affect beliefs

    Los tabúes en la educación sexual de estudiantes de bachillerato

    Sex education today is influenced by social, cultural factors, family traditions, religion, friends and their context in general; family and formal education is an important part of adolescent sexuality training, it is said that to avoid unwanted pregnancies or sexually transmitted diseases, adults avoid talking about sexual education because they assure that they are not old enough, that is where they seek information elsewhere such as the internet or their friends. The information that parents provide to their children will be essential in starting early sexual activity. Work was carried out with 125 high school students from the "Belisario Quevedo" Educational Unit of Pujili Canton, the research was carried out with the mixed method, the qualitative method provided an analysis, interpretation and discussion of results, and through the quantitative method a previously validated instrument was applied. That allowed to obtain reliable statistical data, the union of these methods will allow to determine the existing correlation between the two variables. The correct application of the instrument and with the help of the verification of hypotheses, it canbe demonstrated that taboos do influence the sexual education of adolescents, also demonstrating that the information that teachers and parents provide is essential for a good comprehensive education in sexuality. Finally, a brief program proposal was implemented with the aim of guiding adolescents and guiding them to a healthy and responsible sexual life

    La presente investigación trata sobre la información sobre Sexualidad destaca la importancia de fomentar una comunicación asertiva y clara sobre aspectos importantes dentro de una vida sexual activa. Se presenta los conceptos básicos sobre Salud Sexual, Salud Reproductiva también se muestra las causas y efectos principales de una vida sexual sin conocimientos y sin una verdadera concientización. Además se considera un problema de magnitud debido a que los conocimientos que maneje una persona dependan directamente del tipo de información que reciba he ahí la importancia de dejar a un lado tabúes y represiones entorno a la sexualidad. Debemos entender que la sexualidad es tan primitiva como el ser humano, es parte de nuestra vida y no se podrá condenar y reprimir algo que es parte de la vida de cada ser humano. Por tal razón se enfatiza temas como derechos sexuales solo el conocer los derechos permitirá ejercerlos; métodos anticonceptivos un tema importante dentro de una vida sexual, sin limitarse a su concepto y clasificación; sino más bien netamente a su uso y a los tipos de métodos anticonceptivos disponibles. Y un tema que se considera relevante y se trata en la propuesta es Planificación Familiar dictado por profesionales que manejan conocimientos en torno al tema. Se concluye en que la información que se maneja será la más clara y veraz posible y más dentro del ámbito educativo y familiar.
