The ownership always been a key piece of our culture and civilization. Its regime constitutes one of the basic elements of the social system, politic and economic, this way as cores and props, in laws, the ownership has the direct and inmmediate owner over an object, for this reason it has the capacity to used it, without limitations that says the law. The real law that the juridical faculties have. The law object is formed by all the material things for the poblation.In order that this condition is fullfile, in general, requerires three conditions: that the things are useful. The ownership law that all the people have for their things of legal form is permitted for the Civil Ecuadorian Code, make uniqueness, nevertheless we need to consider that it is part of our research because the material things for inheritors and it is founded an important part of our research. The municipal law´s areas stipulate some meters for rural zone to the urban zone. The division of the juridical factors of all the ownership, and dominate all the inheritors, co – inheritors, according with the law and also given each one things in equeal parts.
